Very friendly. Went for my son's first visit, they were great, very calm and slow to ensure he was comfortable. They didn't force anything, we left happy and smiling :D (he's 20 months)

I find the dentist and the staff very caring towards me from the start to the end. First they understand of my need for express appointment due to accident on my teeth. They fit me in record time even if it was betweenother patients, they got me in and out on the same day I called. Plus they didn't have any space for me, now that's customer service.Thank you I say.

Excellent service, Dr. Vidya goes above and beyond to make your experience an awesome one, she is simply amazing. She takes the time to listen and to explain everything and helps alleviate any fears. Her assistant Megan is awesome and very funny and caring. The whole staff is amazing and I truly appreciate the feeling of being made to feel special, I leave there with a smile. Thank you for providing an amazing experience.

Going to the dentist is not my favourite thing, but the people at Sackville Smiles were so understanding and made it as easy as possible, under the circumstances. They were able to save a tooth that I was sure would need to be pulled, and I'm so happy with the work they did.

Dr. Cuddalore Arivudainambi and her team are the most attentive and professional I have ever experienced in dentistry services. They are always on time, very attentive to details, always asks if you have any questions at the end of your appointment, and offer great tips and advice for the best dental care. They were very sweet and caring for my 16 months old, as well! Great service and highly recommend!

I was in pain like I have never experienced before. I called to see if they could see me in the next day or two....she said they were booked solid....but would talk to the dentist. Within 15 minutes she called me back and told me to come in right away. They are not the dentist I normally go to. They all were so awesome. I am so grateful to each of them!!!
