Loblaw Pharmacy

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever used ! Always have to line up, and wait at least 10 minutes in store, even before COVID. The process they use to update their computer, that the prescription has been picked up by the customer, takes SO much time. Very poorly organized system for how the prescriptions are arranged for pick up too. One time the attendant looked in 5 places to find one of my prescriptions, still couldn't find it, and had to ask for help !I get 5 prescriptions refilled every 3 months, and more than once this pharmacy has shorted me. The last time it happened 3 of my prescriptions were only for 1 month instead of 3, one was for 2 months (correct amount of pills, but wrong dosage), and ONLY ONE was the correct dosage for the full 3 months. When I called the pharmacy about it, they said the doctor made the mistake. HAH ! Did they really think I wouldn't call the doctor's office to check ? ? The doctor wrote the prescriptions out correctly, of course. I also had a major problem for months with one of my medications. I had no issues for over a year, but then all of sudden I was only getting half the medication needed for the proper dose. I should NOT of had to call the pharmacy to find out why I only got half of the medication I needed ! If the dose and amount of medication did not correlate with how the insurance company would accept it, then they should have contacted me or the doctor to get it resolved. To blatantly chose" not to do anything to fix this matter is beyond poor customer service

Best pharmacy around. My mother was on a medication that needed more complicated protocols and they were always on top of it and averted problems by being proactive with the pain clinic who often missed things. Maryam is the absolute best and is such a caring individual. All the staff are very professional and accommodating.

I am never one to write reviews unless it is really important. Anyone reading this review should be very careful with this PharmacySince I took over my dad's care in 2017 I have been ordering his medication from that location. The staff are knowledgeable but not he best. The Pharmacist are very friendly but my goodness the poor service is unreal.I have requested for the last 6 months to have my dad medication delivered and every time it was forgotten. up until yesterday when I placed a refill order the lady who took it asked when will pickup although there is a note stating CALL WHEN READY AND DELIVERY".These are peoples lives that they are playing with. unless something serious happens God forbid

Great team at the pharmacy from the pharmacist down to the techs! Very polite and professional!

I've been coming to this pharmacy for awhile now and there are only two people there that know how to do things and have great customer service but there is a woman working there who's name is Simone and everytime I see her or talk to her over the phone she's extremely rude and disrespectful! She has zero customer service, she always talks over me and doesn't let me finish what I'm saying which is so rude and unprofessional! Also numerous times they have got my medication wrong and I have paid for something that I'm not taking anymore or they have given me the wrong medication and I understand that were going through difficult times right now with covid but it doesn't give you the right to talk to customers that way. I really like the main pharmacist at this location but his employees are really making me want to go elsewhere!

I needed a medication before Yom Kippur and asked them to fill it with 20 minutes notice. They legitimately made it a priority and got it filled within 20 minutes. Might not sound like a big deal to some but it meant the world to me. Much appreciated & thank you for having a extremely respectful & friendly staff.

Pharmacist, Callum Campbell, and his colleague, Jennifer, always very polite and willing to answer any question - takes time to explain especially with sensitive medication.Medication is always filled on time very rarely have had to wait but cannot blame anyone they are always so busy.thank you for everything.

Honestly the pharmacy is so trash. It takes me an entire break to pick up a prescription I ordered a week ago that had refills.Service is low quality and the staff wants nothing to do with you.Go here if you want to waste your time.
