Ahfull !! Worst side steps i ever seen !!! Way too wide for nissan frontier and look like a big patio deck bended.. they just dont care !! No return possible.. brand new side steps in the garbage bin right now.. we will remember you Bison

We purchased a Flip back cover for our 2021 F150 and the purchase and install went seamless. They had the cover in stock and it was installed in 1/2 hour. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service and product.

Where to start?1-Finding the 100% tonneau cover for my tundra was super easy,2- transaction was smooth, quick updates and tracking.3- received the shipment in less than two days! Wrapped professionally.4- easily installed. Today!5- exactly as described and fits like a glove.I hope it will stay like this for good and nothing breaks.After all of this , i believe their customer service if anything happens will be just amazing!Highly recommended.Keep it up Bison.

I contacted the company regarding a refund or warranty protection for my tonneau cover, which was fading in one area. The representative immediately blamed me for washing my truck and suggested that certain car wash chemicals could have caused the damage. Despite my explanation that I wash my truck like any normal person, he couldn't provide a satisfactory answer or assistance. He promised to call the warranty company and get back to me, but never did. This poor customer service experience has left me disappointed, and I have decided not to make any future purchases from this company.

This is the spot to go. I would definitely recommend this place super fast service and friendly from online and in person!!! I received a call in less than 5 min from the online order. I was going to install myself but was told just come in it’s free first come first serve. Two locations I went to the Mississauga location. Great staff hard work and reliable AAA!!! thanks for the amazing service!! Can’t be more happy I got what I wanted and needed!

Have owned a Tri Fold Flip Up top for a number of months now and very pleased with both the top and the service I received. Contacted them upon installation with a couple of questions and they were answered easily and helpfully. Recently lost a support arm (no fault of theirs) and when I contacted them it was still covered by warranty and shipped out to me. On top of that, the price was about half of what I would have paid locally and if I choose to have it installed it would have been free to install. It's the only top I'd recommend to any at this point.

I ordered my cover on a holiday Monday and it was at my door two days later. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with vehicle specific weather stripping and even special mounting hardware for the factory bed rails on my Toyota.When I ordered, I ended up getting the wrong size, I thought i needed 5 ft rather than 6 ft, completely my fault and since I had already started installing I figured I am probably out of luck. I decided to call customer service was very helpful, told me if I could bring the unit in they would exchange no problem.The quality of the product and customer service from Sherih at the Mississauga location greatly exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Bison to anyone looking for a tonneau cover, best experience I have ever had buying truck accessories by far!
