The OxiFresh technician came out arriving on time and performed a walk-through of the work to be done. In our case - carpet, upholstery (sofa and chair), and area rug. She asked on-point questions and explained the service details then got to work. We are very pleased all aspects of the service, from customer care to the cleaning. The rug, carpet, and furniture look amazing!
