Blew a tire to begin my day on a bike run. Called Hi-tech and they were able to have me in and out with 4 new tires in 20 mins. I was back on the trail in a little over an hour on a Saturday! Extremely pleased!

I normally get excellent service but yesterday I went and bought 2 parts, bit more then expected, no big deal (convenience) but gave me 1 wrong. They're hours of operation state 9am till 1PM on Saturdays when you googles it, unfortunately I drove 45mins to see a peice of paper beside the normal hours of operations starting the modified hours. Very disappointing they were lazy" to not change it online for the convenience and accuracy of they're customers."

we are leaving July 12th east coast to west coast and back. Recieved a safety recall notice July 5th and called Extreme Tourque Moncton for service to ensure our safety. They did not care and would not help us this week before we leave. Called Extreme Tourque Fredericton and they went out of their way to help us. Made appointment for the next day and serviced both spyders, reassuring us we would be safe. We will both be taking all of our business to Fredericton from now on. Thank you Shondra for your concern and great service.

Brent in parts is the most competent employee in this establishment, he is the reason for the 3 stars. Sales are poor at best with follow up. Service is mediocre. I would score higher if the rest would be half as good as Brent.

Part service was great. Sales service looks right threw you. Was thinking of buying a new unit and walked out after the sales person helped everyone but me standing there for 10 mins. I'll buy my new machines elsewhere!
