Loved it! Jon and his team were the picture of enthusiasm and patience! Wonderful selection of very tame animals for both children and adults to enjoy! Plenty of opportunities for cute-as-a-button photography! It was so nice to get out of the city and experience the farm. Extending a huge thank you to the Funny Farm" family; we will be back!"

Had a blast on our tour of Jon's Farm yesterday! Was able to interact with many farm animals and even kids were able to ride some of the animals. Jon was a great tour guide! He shared many stories and knowledge about farming and all the animals. Even enjoyed his jokes! Would definitely visit again and I high recommended the visit!!

It saddens to me to write this review as I try my best to support local businesses but I felt it was necessary to warn future customers. We were looking forward to a fun, family-friendly tour at Jon’s Funny Farm this past weekend and we had booked a tour (15 of us including many children under age 2). Unfortunately, our experience with Jon’s Funny Farm left a lot to be desired.Due to unforeseen circumstances (the air quality being at high risk that day), we had to cancel at the last minute as we did not want to subject our young children (and those in the group who have asthma) to the polluted air. We had hoped to reschedule and resolve this matter privately but we were told they would not accommodate a rescheduling nor would they give us a refund for a service we never received. The administrative assistant even insisted that Environment Canada’s (a highly trusted and reputable source) air quality report was incorrect and that the air quality was perfectly fine. With all due respect, I would tend to agree with scientists who study air quality for a living rather than the average layman (or woman).I understand that this business is a small one with limited staff but I strongly suggest they take a look at the way they shape their policies. I firmly believe that constructive feedback from paying customers like myself can go a long way. Their argument for denying us both a refund and rescheduling is that “they would go out of business” if they did that. I would like them to consider the fact that paying customers have also worked hard for their money and we deserve to be treated with respect. It’s unfortunate that it had to come to this and they have a lost a customer in me.

I was raised on a farm but we didn't have such diversity. The petting zoo was a great way to meet some new" critters! I'm still a bit of a kid

I love this place! Everyone needs to go. Jon is an amazing host. You will learn all about the farm and the animals. And best of all you get to pet, hug and hold the animals.

Jon's Funny Farm
What an experience! We spent nearly 3 hours during the tour and it was the most fun I'd had in ages. Jon was extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable and provided such a great, interactive tour of his magical farm, and he clearly takes great care of his tribe. From baby goats, lamb, kittens, bunnies, pigs (that you can pet and love) to a yak, peacocks, alpacas, donkies and mini cows (that you can also pet and love!), he has every animal interaction your lil heart could desire. Definitely made dreams come true, the trip to his farm was the best decision we could have made. Plus he is great with kids and an expert in his field. If you haven't check out Jon's funny farm yet, you are missing out!

Had my first farm visit in about 10 years. Jon’s welcoming friendly and passionate about his farm. All the animals (pheasants, yaks, bisons, peacocks pea hens, cats, bunnies, dogs, pigs, llamas, alpacas, chickens, horses, donkeys, mules, goats, sheep, even swans!) are cute and well taken care of and loved of course. It’s totally a visit worth of your day! Family fun or a date for 20 bucks per person is totally worth it. After seeing how much Jon’s doing for the animals and diligently taking care of them, really feel like 20 bucks entry fee isn’t enough. If you do decide to go and have the financial means, please consider donating more. It’ll help the farm and animals more.
