Horrible driving skills. No shoulder check and changes. I was on my motorcycle and this person in upper levels plumbing van a white sprinter with decals on the side kept on pushing me off the highway into the shoulder. Person had zero empathy for another human being sharing the road. Please look for motorcycle and do the shoulder checks before u change lanes before you kill someone because you are careless.

My hot water tank stopped work during the long weekend. I texted for help on Saturday but didn’t expect any response. I was pleasantly surprised to received reply from James. James offered his quotes, honest and fair. The whole process was professional and effective. Very appreciated to have the warm water back so quickly. Very satisfied with their service. I will always call Upper Level Plumbing first and highly recommend it!
