Beautiful apartment building, very well located and with just the right amenities. Gale and Tony (the property managers) are very friendly and always super helpful. We've lived here since Feb 2019 and have really been enjoying it so far!

We moved in in February 2019. Love the location, steps to Little Italy, the Arboretum and Commissioner's Park. Well laid out suites with all new Whirlpool appliances including a microwave. Tony and Gale, the resident managers are responsive to requests and very helpful. Pet friendly building with lots of great places to walk.

Amazing location. Modern, spacious, clean building. Excellent staff. Friendly neighbours. Truly a pleasurable building for anyone to live in. We would recommend it to anyone. It’s also brand new, so couldn’t really ask for anything better.

Great location and great looking condo. Level of service from rental agency Realstar very questionable. Renters beware that all signs point to problematic lease agency.Update. To this day no one has called even after I followed up with a email as requested.Update. 2 years after still no follow up

As an Ottawa Realtor who has the opportunity to advertise the apartments at Nuovo and lease numerous units.I can say hands down that the rental staff are friendly, prompt and responsive to the needs of the tenants in the building. The building has a great atmosphere with quiet and mature tenants. The location is perfect for the avid walker or cyclist as it is walking distance to Dow's lake, the shops of Preston and china town. The location is ideal for commuting east or west in the city.The brand new building has everything you need to enjoy condo living in Ottawa.
