Called them in 3 times (Nov 4th, 9th and 17th) for the same problem (Make Up Air unit not blowing hot air) which they finally figured it out and fixed it in the third try.Yet I still get charged for all three visits even though it's the same problem and could have been fixed at the first visit.Hey if you want get charged three times for the same problem that apparently cannot be fixed at the first place, go ahead and choose them. I will find my business somewhere else since the guy I talked to said it's totally fine
