Ray-Ban

I went to the Yorkdale Rayban store and placed an order for Marshal on Dec 13th and till now the order is not delivered. Today its Jan 28th and now its 45 days since i placed the order. They promised me to get the glass delivered in 2 weeks during the purchase. I tried to call them after 2 weeks and they told me that due to christmas and new year vacation it may take few more days and agreed that it will be delivered in another one week. Then i contacted them again and they told me that it is still in the lab and its almost ready and they just need to ship it. So asked me to wait 5,6 days again. I was eagerly waiting for the glass after realizing that its almost reached the shipment stage. After waiting for so many days i called them again on Jan 26th and this time they told me that my frame is not in stock and asked me to cancel my order and apply for a refund. I don't know why they gave me false information before by saying its almost in the shipment stage. its really ridiculous, to asking your customer to cancel the order. I was waiting patiently for more than one and a half month and now you guys are asking me to cancel the order. I told the agent to don't cancel my order and i need some more time to think about it. Its like i am begging for them to never cancel my order. I didn't expect these kind of worse service from a well known luxury brand like Rayban.Name- Ajil Thayyil MathewOrder No.- 10009365310639Update: As the glass got delayed for 2.5 months, they gave me full refund along with the brand new glasses. At least they made me happy at the time of purchase :-)

Just purchased a pair of aviator classics and Kathryn was the associate who helped us. She was so helpful and courteous with us. She patiently made sure we see several models and colours. She never rushed us and when we purchased it, she made sure it was all adjusted to face dimensions. Great experience and would definitely recommend.
