Very courteous and professional staff! Michelle was very helpful in offering advice on which product would work best for us and working out the best possible price. The installers did a wonderful job. So happy with the quality and installation of our new garage doors!!! I highly recommend Island Overhead Doors.

This company is prompt in responding to requests. More importantly the staff they send out to do jobs are fast, efficient and courteous. Just had a garage door service and complete replacement of weather stripping ( done by Steve) in less than an hour. We have used Island Overhead for years and their service has always been top quality. I recommend them strongly

The service has been very disappointing. It has been a year and my garage door has not been replaced. The responsibility has lied solely on me to get updates and find out how to move the process along. Not once has the company contacted me to give me an update or offer an apology for the delay. They have tried to blame both me and problems with the supply chain. I had to pay for repairs to my vehicle because I could not put it in the garage safely with a broken garage door and it sustained damage over the winter. Consider looking at other companies.

Not a happy customer. First off I'll say I got my door (mostly) as ordered and it works. Quality seems decent. Installers were good. Customer service was another matter.My challenge is I had a $3200 deposit in place for 9 months, and horrendous communication where I had to pester them repeatedly for updates. I know that the numerous missed installation dates (at 5 months, 7 months, and 8 months) were a result of supplier issues. These things happen especially post-COVID. A phone call or two would have went a long way.Would have loved to see this company do one of 1) communicate the issue TO me, rather than me having to chase them 2) offer to refund part (or all) of the deposit while we continued to wait 3) offer an alternate solution at the same (or similar) price. All of these options seem like pretty straight forward customer service.After 9 months of me paying interest on a deposit, they phoned me 2 days after installation to insist for the remainder of the payment. I just about lost it.Customers seem to be an inconvenience here. Will take my money elsewhere in the future, and wish I did the previous time I bought doors from them as well.

Despite a communication error regarding a hardware issue, the installer did a very good job. He was on time, was friendly, helpful, and efficient. When the door was in, he cleaned up the site. He also said this was one of the best companies he had ever worked for; what a good thing to hear from an employee!

Cannot say enough great things about Island Doors , from start to finish of my project everyone was informative, and helpful all the way , installer was a great worker and very quick and thorough. This actually is the third time I have dealt with this company and will not hesitate in calling them again. Great Job ! Grate Company! Thank you .

My garage door torsion spring was broken. In a span of 45 minutes I had an operational door. Darren is very amiable and totally professional. Looks after his helper ensuring he is safe at all times. Any garage door issues I would highly recommend calling Island overhead Doors and ask for Darren

One year from payment to delivery and even then the motor is not as promised. Plus, the installed garage door had two dings right from the start.The staff is very pleasant, though. Supplier must be really cramping their style.

We have dealt with Darren and his people for a number of years and as usual this last project was dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.Steve was our technician for this job, and a more polite and knowledgeable young man was our pleasure to meet. I had a great experience working with this company. Communication from beginning to end was quick and seamless and all the staff are super friendly. When the installation was done there were a couple of issues that needed to be adjusted and they were back within a few days to make the necessary changes. The installation looks very professional and aesthetically pleasing and has enhanced the value of our home. It is obvious that the owner takes great pride on the quality of the companies work and its communications with clients. Thank you !!
