Tucker was helping me a lot to find the right house for me. I am happy and satisfy with the house I get. He also made sure I can get the home with the budget I was able to pay. My husband and I have worked with Shawn on several transactions over the years and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. Buying and selling real estate is often the biggest decision in one's life and having an agent in your corner who knows the market, knows the business and gives you honest advice and meaningful feedback is incredibly valuable!

I would not recommend this agent or his team. The main reason is he rarely answers his phone calls and text messaging is not always the best form of communication. When he does answer there is a lot of static or he is on vacation. As an investor, I like timely answers and you will not get that with him. I had to do a lot of the running around myself to close some deals because he was non existent, such as getting the status certificate last minute, waiting weeks for amend a name change on the deal because of his error, asking for copies of these documents his reply is he sent it to my lawyer, but he fails to understand my bank is asking me and they won't go through my lawyer. Better to deal with someone else.
