I am changing my experience from 1 star to 5. Gave this place another shot and I am so surprised at how much they have changed!!!!!! My appointment went great. Happy with service and will be returning !!!

This lady is amazing. She accepted my last min appointment and was in and out in a flash. She’s so quick it almost makes it painless…. Almost lol.

I myself sugar so I understand the process. She was very good, quick and kept me talking to avoid over thinking. The room was bru clean and well stocked.

I have been getting sugared for over 2 years and I have never had a worse experience than this one. I am 16 year olds and have autism spectrum disorder as well as chronic pain so getting sugared is a very difficult experience for me. I’ve always had pleasant experiences which made it easier, however this was not one. When my mother called to book an appointment the lady on the phone named Jodie was very sweet however she was leaving on vacation so a different person was working for her. Not only did she have no idea of what she was supposed to do but she also wasn’t professional at all. She got sugar all over both me and my mom including my clothing, my phone, my glasses, and our hair as well as ripping chucks of my moms hair out too. With my autism this caused me great anxiety since I deeply hate the feeling of sticky sugar on me. I can understand that’s it’s impossible to avoid that from happening all the time but it was very unnecessary to get so much sugaring everywhere especially in areas not even near where she supposed to sugar. As well even after she gave my mother a cloth to wash the sugar off of her hair she still wasn’t able to get it out until she came home and had a shower. Through my other experiences neither of us have even gotten sugar in our hair before because usually the person sugaring us would get us to move our hair so that wouldn’t happen. We also had to clarify with her over three times to make sure she wasn’t sugaring the wrong area. At first she thought I was getting my underarms and another spot which is very far from under my lip and lower abs and she thought my mom was getting her legs when she was getting a facial sugaring. Even after the clarification it didn’t seem to help because she proceed to wax nowhere near where we asked, in areas both me and my mom had never been sugared. She ended up doing my entire lower face, and stomach and did my moms entire face all the way to her eyes, which was not what we asked for. The process was also extremely painful which was very hard for me to handle with both my chronic pain and autism. Additionally she went so fast that it was as if she wasn’t aware of what she was doing so I couldn’t even ask her to stop. Especially with my autism it’s very hard for me to speak up however this could have been prevented if she allowed my mother in the room so she could help me voice my opinion. I found this very strange since I couldn’t see why she wasn’t allowed to be with me. As well when she talked to me she would repeat the same question a numerous amount of times even after I gave her a clear answer as if she wasn’t fully there which made me very uncomfortable. She didn’t even give us a mirror to check if she had done a good job so we weren’t able to see how horrible she had done until we got home. Not only did she wax me and my mom incorrectly but she also charged my mother $75 for her mistakes. This is outrageous because this not only ruined my experience with sugaring but affects my entire life since now hair is going to continue to grow in spots we never wanted sugared in the first place. When I was finally in my mothers car I had an autistic melt down and began to cry because I was so upset over this horrible experience. I will never recommend this place to anyone it is terrible and you will be unhappy with their results. Never again.

The toom has a good size, but they clean it only every 3 days. I was there for 3 days, and they haven't re-suplied soap, coffee, and sugar. Also, they do not clean the garbage. I think for the price we pay it is a poor service. On the other hand, the water park is pretty nice, the water was very well cleaned as well as the park area. The staff are very kind and prepared and the activities planned over the day are a must. Only the housekeeping every 3 days for the type of hotel is a negative point.

Best job I have gotten on hair removal. They do know men's hair as well, just like their website says.
