Incredible group of dental care professionals and supporting staff. They are knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate, and truly accommodating. They make dental care an “enjoyable experience”, which is clearly easier said than done. The wide array of services offered by the team is second to none. I would very highly recommend this practice!!

The staff is very polite and helpful. Shoutout to Cindy for helping in shuffling appointments and making the patient comfortable while doing it. Paulina the hygienist is the sweetest. Dr. Murray, amazing person.

I have been coming here for 20+ years and think the team here is wonderful. Excellent standards, procedures; staff are warm, friendly and extremely capable. I brought my parents to this practice when they moved here, and they have been treated with the utmost courtesy and consideration. Highly recommend.

Although Bay Street Dental was super busy the day of my appointment, I was welcomed and respectfully treated. Everyone was wonderful as usual and understands this old gal's terrors of being in a dentist office with the sounds and scents. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can highly recommend this dental office to anyone. I'm blessed to have found this office over 30 years ago.

Extremely rude receptionist, as soon as she answered no Hi, or asking me that she is placing me on hold and upon returning asking why I am calling before I can even saying hi. The team that hired her really need to review her performance and how she interacts with the general public that call to see a dentist. If there was a zero star I would give them that instead.

Fantastic care and attention from Dr. Susan Murray and the whole team. Friendly, professional, caring and understanding, the best of the best! I had 3 crowns done after 3 implants and they feel like they’ve always been there, they feel like my own! So happy!!!
