We went to Bell Ancaster to upgrade our phones. Maruf was very helpful. Although he highly recommended setting us up with insurance and add-ons we declined. He was not insistent which was a plus for me. Pushing additional charges is part of a sales platform but not all customers want or need them. It turns me off. In any case, Maruf helped us set up our phones and even learned a new skill: setting up the phone to hearing aids. Very much appreciated. *Only giving 4 stars because I think there’s always room for improvement.

Maruf and Sean were both quite helpful and informative with the technical challenges when we switched from an android to an iPhone. We also appreciate the extended hours of this store.

please don’t use bell. just found out my phone is a lease. $500 to keep the phone after 2 years of paying $100/month. never told me that i had to return the phone

My name is Tracie and I went into the bell store the other day and received excellent customer service from Santiago. I was frustrated because the bell operator over the phone was unable to help me which caused me to rethink becoming a bell mobile customer. But because Santiago was extremely patient and helpful as well as knowledgeable in his job I changed my mind. I leaving this review to inform bell what a wonderful employee they have in Santiago. I hope they realize how lucky they are to have him working for them.

After searching 6 different Bell stores for the product I was looking for, this was the only location that had EXACTLY what I needed. Amazing customer service from Dominic!! Explained everything fully to me so that there were no surprises when my bill came! Will definitely be back when I need further services/products!

Mustafa was a great help, assisted me with upgrading my device and was really knowledgeable in the device.

The guy in the store was helpful but Bell's corporate policies are dumb. I ordered a phone and a new corporate plan from Bell over the phone. The order was monumentally messed up resulting in a mysterious delay in shipping me the phone. So I went into this location and asked: Here's my plan. Here's what I'm signed up for. If I cancel what I have, can you just replicate this order and give me a phone right now instead of waiting another week for Bell (which messed up) to send me the device? Again, the guy in the store was very helpful and explained that he cannot do that because the plan that I signed up for can only be acquired over the phone. So the dude in the store gets five stars. Bell gets zero.

Domenic was very helpful in helping us upgrade our phone. He was professional and very friendly. He took the time to explain different options to us that suited our needs. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you !
