Would rate it 0 stars but sadly not an option.Somehow they always manage to completely ruin everything you order here. To put it to perspective the Rideau Mc Donalds is significantly better even tho it's one of the worst. I hope they shut this Mc Donald's down with all of my heart

Food was cold, fries were swimming in grease, drinks had no ice in them and were warm and the meatless egg sandwich we ordered for our vegetarian friend had a slice of ham in it. You guys need a new team...

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. This McDonald’s is ALWAYS a disappointment. Don’t waste your money here and just go to a different one. The extra money you spend on gas will be more worth it, compared to all the missing items, cold and old food, and horrible service you will receive. Couldn’t even give me WARM fries in my order and funny enough when the fries are old and stale is the only time they actually fill up the fry cardboard cup completely. If you get fresh fries good luck getting like even half of what you’re supposed to. Even with all the horrible reviews they still don’t care enough to fix anything. Just shut em down and open a Burger King instead. Seriously.

My friends and I went in around 10:30 on January 21, the wait for our food was getting pretty long, then we noticed there was one guy in the kitchen who was working and maybe like 5 were standing in a group talking. Then one of the girls from the group told the guy he was taking too long to make the orders, but when he said he couldn’t make them since he didn’t have what he needed she snapped and told him to do better, I believe this guys name was Karim and it’s totally outrageous to see the only employee who was trying to work get disrespected like that. he got frustrated that no one was helping and then the girl told him to “turn down his attitude or else” the group of clients who were waiting for their food witnessed this happened. At this point we don’t even care about our food, I hope Karim gets a new job and doesn’t have to be treated like trash, it’s so unprofessional and immature.

I could just be going crazy, but I feel like this McDonald's is actually improving lately. The last two times I have gotten my correct order in a timely fashion at the drive-thru, the food has been hot and fresh, and the employees have been pleasant. Fingers crossed that Aylmer finally has a serviceable McDonald's and I never have to visit that joke McDonald's in the plateau again when I get my monthly Big Mac craving.

Mistake in my order again or should I say as usualWorst McDonald ever how a big chain like this let this go ..... Iguess is all about the money that's all. Oh and I forgot open 24 h but can't serve you between 4:00-4:30 so open 23 1/2 h.What is with parking car and make them wait 30 minutes for your food if you can keep up slow down on taking orders and focus on serving people.Not impressed they have more waiting spot then actual parking

1 hour+ in a 50 foot lineup watching Uber drivers and drive through customers waiting at the SAME take out window. Bad management. Ice cream machine is broken. No communication from staff and a staff member standing outside crushing one box every 3 mins while watching TikTok on his phone or something. People are upset. Rightly so. Who is the shift manager tonight? Epic.

Curbside orders are always messed up.The repeated indifference of employees is getting worst by the week. Then, we call, they say they put our messed up order on a list to replace next time to find out they did not. Very frustrating!Management needs to do something about it or you will lose loyal customers!

Trash, how in the world do you mess up a big Mac and give a stale piece of bread ? Than not pick up calls or refund for the worker half a$$ jobs. Just cus its a low income job doesn't mean you treat it like it is. You picked the job so work like how you're told to. Like customer service, hello?I swear This McDonald's always purposely messes up orders when you order off of uber eats and at certain times of the day

The drive thru experience is horrific. When there is no one in drive thru, they make you park and then bring you the food. I've heard from many that this is to reduce the time on the sensors at the window (some sort of contest). Unacceptable really, drive thru is precisely for quick drive thru service, not to be asked to park. Aside from that, you have to be pretty adventurous to eat at this location. You never know what you'll receive, no matter what you've ordered. It's about an 80% chance your order will be wrong. I suppose the Russian roulette aspect might appeal to some... It's sad sad sad. Has the potential, but it's clear those who run it and work there just have no care in the world. Highly suggest to also not order delivery, orders consistently miss items. Overall I could not say any louder: STAY AWAY!
