We are so pleased with the window tinting and blinds provided and installed by Promark! We appreciated the initial visit and recommendations provided by the owner, Luke so that we would achieve the results we wanted. The installation of the film to our big bay window was so well done, I wouldn't even know it was there, except for the significant improvement to the temperature of the room. Very effective!

This firm is top class. Getting in touch with them for a quote was easy and fair pricing. They offer warrenty service which they stood by. A year ago we had the film installed and there was an issue with the window. After the window was corrected we contacted Promark and when we weee available they sent a specialist to correct the issue. A++++++Great serviceFair pricesStand by warranty - no questions askedHighly recommend - good business to i permed with.

It was really terrific working with Graham the owner of Promark Window Film & Blinds in Waterloo. I am pleased to recommend his company as they provide great service. Recently, we had to replace two large fabric blind panels for our large two story loft windows. While other companies said we need to replace the entire mechanism Graham had a supplier and was able to replace the fabric and save us over half the cost of complete replacement. His installer's were great, and made sure the blind panels were installed to our satisfaction. We very happy with the finished product and the service provided by ProMark!Sincerely,Rod

Van at ProMark windows came to us from a recommendation - couldn't be more impressed with service and product. It would be easy quote a job and move on but Van took a sincere interest in some of our other window issues and found a solution for us outside of his scope.
