UFC GYM Kelowna

Was new to UFC when I first started but the coaches were very welcoming and made the workouts fun. Definitely recommend if you are wanting to try something new!

I absolutely love the Daily Ultimate Training class that the UFC gym has! It's such a great class to get your cardio in, especially since cardio is something I hate. And a big shout out to Coach Dustin and Coach G for motivating the class in such a positive way! I would definitely recommend checking out this gym if you want to get in your cardio in a fun and motivating atmosphere!

No Showers. Lots of yelling and screaming ( They think it's very motivational). Very loud music. ( I wore earplugs). Classes change without warning. Auto bank withdrawals also change without warning- they took out 2.5 X my payment at the beginning of the month. ( Update: It took a month, but I finally got my money back from their head office in Richmond )

Great gym, great equipment, and friendly staff! Josh was so helpful showing me around and getting me started! I love all the classes I've tried so far, and I look forward to trying them all!

Love that it feels like my own private gym! Classes are very informational and a lot of fun! Josh and Dustin are the guys to talk to if you need any help!

Well there's a HUGE list of why I absolutely love UFC Kelowna and all of the amazing coaches who work so hard to encourage, inspire and keep us coming back for more!My first impression was from Josh, he is welcoming and informative and took me on a tour of both the UFC side and the Steve Nash side. He asked about my gym/fitness experience and explained about the machines and what both sides had to offer.I come from a Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and Taekwondo background and I am so impressed with the classes and coaching available at UFC. The JJ classes are small and that provides a lot of opportunity for 1 on 1 coaching. I find myself learning and feeling the techniques sinking in a lot faster than if I was in a class with 30 plus students and 2 or 3 coaches.Finally, the price is amazing. On average martial art schools charge over $150 a month, whereas UFC charges less than $100 per month and that includes unlimited classes! You aren't limited to one discipline. You can do Kickboxing, JiuJitsu and all of the other great fitness classes they offer!I love going there, I always feel better on my way out than when I come in. Try it, you won't regret it!

Great gym. Dustin is motivational coach with killer kickboxing skills. Clayton is a phenomenal Jiu Jitsu instructor and everything he teaches is easy to learn and practical in application because he breaks everything down.As for the gym, there are rolling mats and boxing bags that can be used around the clock. Also, the prices are reasonable.

I go to this gym. They're deceptive with their sign up process, they can't seem to hold on to staff or instructors, there is no access to showers and the class schedule changes without notice. There seems to be no one in charge or accountable running the place.The classes seem alright at first, but like I said, whatever you sign up for is probably not going to be around or at the same time in a couple of months time.
