WAXON Laser + Waxbar - London West

I had an appointment with Cass G this weekend , when I tell you it was the best appointment I’ve had with anyone in the beauty industry I mean it . Cass was super professional and quick , I felt like I was grabbing a drink with an old friend not getting a wax . She talked me through everything and had me laughing my whole appointment. I think it’s really important to build good relationships with clients and I know based on my experience with Cass that I will becoming a long term client at waxon . Her energy , the vibe of waxon and an overall great appointment made this a 5 star review for me . Thanks ladies for the great service !

This was my first time visting Waxon Wax bar since hearing about it from a friend and following owner Kimberly's instagram account for a bit.I was greated warmly and love how light and bright it was. Other bonus - private rooms for services even if its just lashes and brows. Shelby did my brow wax, brow tint and lash tint and she was awesome. Super professional and knowledge but also very friendly too. She made sure i was comfortable, explained what she was doing, and asked a lot about my preferences to make sure I got the results I wanted.I am super happy with the results and the experience too. I already booked my next appointment.Thanks Kimberly, Shelby and the whole Waxon team for taking such great care of me today!

Such an amazing experience! I’ve been going here for laser treatments and been loving the results! The staff are always so nice and Cass is amazing, so professional and very kind! Would recommend!
