Cafe Mosaics - Vegan and Vegetarian Waterhole | Here at Cafe Mosaics, we try our best to make conscious efforts to respect Mother Earth, our animal friends, and to treat your bellies right! Using fresh whole foods and organic tonic herbs sourced from responsible farms near and far, our mission is to add a little joy to your day while healing your body simultaneously. We make most of our food and drinks inhouse with simple selective ingredients and pepper it with love. We like to think the food and drinks here are pretty awesome in every sense of the word.

Love this little spot. Wide selection of veggie/vegan food options to suit anyone’s appetite. As someone who isn’t a vegetarian, I really appreciated the quality and taste of the dishes, especially the vegan hollandaise. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Cafe Mosaic was amazing experience. The service was good, but the food was incredible! Definitely a well keep secret as there isn’t even a sign out front. But worth the struggle to find and all our tastebuds were satiated! The only downside to our experience was the bathroom. The bathroom floors and door was disgusting, so it does make me question the cleanliness of the kitchen.Love the ladies who lunch

Great place for a vegan/vegetarian restaurant. I enjoyed the food. Most of the menu items were very creative. However, it was very expensive for the portion sizes. On top of that there is a 3% surcharge for credit cards. The staff were friendly and the interiors were good. The entrance was very cozy and did not have a sign board so it was very hard to find the restaurant. No free parking.

This place is such a gem for vegan food. The staff is amazing, our server was super friendly and helpful. I love the positive vibes of the whole place. We started with the chicken strips which were super yummy with the sauces. For myself I ordered their curry bowl which was so fresh, tasty and colourful. Everything came together so nicely! And to finish it off we shared the chocolate cake which is to die for. I honestly think about that cake weekly and how I need to have it again. If you have room for desert defiently get the cake. Overall, I love this place and will be back again for more yummy vegan meals.

The restaurant didn't have proper signage so it would be easy to miss. A very relaxed enviroment, we were greeted with happy staff as soon as we walked in. We got the jackfruit tacos and the nachos. They nachos were absolutely incredible. Some very good vegan/vegetarian food indeed. We also ordered the raw raspberry cheesecake and Iced Cashew Chai which was so creamy and tasted amazing. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Edmonton!

This place is seriously so delicious. I have been here a dozen times and I have never been disappointed. I am more vegan and my partner is vegetarian and we love the options here. Pictures are of the hangover burger, Jackfruit taco & donair. They are creative and delicious!if you are a starting vegan and feeling like you’re missing out, eat here!

Really enjoyed our brunch today with all vegan options. We both had the Against All Grain Benny sub tofu and add sausage. Loved the potatoes in the skillet but actually everything was super tasty. Also they accommodated my request for a side of toast :) Oat milk latte was yummy (coffee was tasty!) and I even ordered a second. Staff were friendly and efficient.Got some tips for where to walk afterwards to burn off the awesome filling brunch. By the way, we ended up walking to Muttart Conservatory and after that to downtown. You’re right that the cafe side of the river was better than downtown so I’m glad we spent most of our time on this side. But it was fun walking across the bridge and walking up the funicular stairs too.Thanks for having us and we’d love to come back! :)
