Disgusting. They sent my package to the wrong address and didnt do nothing. Beware of the people that work here. This company is disgusting and I wish I could say more but it's too vulgar. That's the government for you. Lying money grubbing criminals

I have been coming here regularly a lot over the past few months after work to send some packages, and usually Madina is there during those evening shifts. Madina is always very helpful to provide any assistance I need. Very patient to answer all my questions and concerns. Always very considerate and never making me feel in a rush, so I leave with a very assured and comfortable experience. When I come to drop off my envelopes and want to verify the delivery address, she helps look it up to see if my pre-assigned postage stamps will be valid (esp if it is within ON, or within Canada). Always makes sure my bundle of envelopes are safely kept, and always diligent to mail them out on time so that the receivers get it promptly.And lastly, the thing that stood out for me the most was when recently I was late and arrived there 15 minutes after CP already closed. But luckily she was still there. Normally, any other person would turn me away and throw a fit or be uncooperative. But even though she was off work, she was still considerate enough to stay back and help me to send my package, without any complains or any persuasion needed. That was indeed a massive help cos that package needed to go urgently, so I really appreciated it.

Went midday to drop of an Amazon return like many. If you want the receipt with the tracking number you’ll have to wait in the line otherwise you can just leave it there and be on your way.

If you are sending parcels to another country, note that lithium batteries cannot be shipped internationally, and by extension, neither can devices that use them, such as watches, even if you take the battery out. Learnt it the hard way, but that's not their fault. In fact the lady here was quite helpful.

I send an average of 10 packages a week from canada post exclusively. This location is great.The beautiful ladies that keep this place in business are very friendly and helpful. They wil try to get you the best rates when there is more than one option.I highly recommend this place.

I usually have great experiences here. The people are always friendly and provide fast service. Today (Nov 29, 2020) was a little busier and there was only one person working. I understand that it is out of their control, but I did not appreciate the attitude I was met with. Akshaya was the one who was helping me. I get it, we all have bad days, but there really was no reason that she should’ve been rude to me. Our exchange was probably only a minute long since my package had a prepaid shipping label. She took my package, sighed really loudly, and handed me my receipt without saying a single word to me. I’ll continue to go here since it is the most convenient location for me, but I’m disappointed in the service I received today.

I’ve been sending packages regularly through this post office for about a year. Avoid this post office on the weekends, never had a good experience with the staff there. Weekday staff are much better (faster and nicer).

The clark Madina is too rude and discourteous. She needs to learn how to respect people
