I have a great experienced with La Bicicletta and this is a bike shop you can go with because of their high quality products, good services, very knowledgeable and friendly staff like Donald, Davide and others and of course to Henry, he's really a nice guy. They can help and explain whatever you want to know and their accommodation is so wonderful. Guys try to visit this bike shop...They are the best in the city...

Such a wonderful experience. The staff are so genuine and honest. I walked in intending to buy a new saddle. I explained to David why I wanted a new saddle and instead of selling on to me, he spent time making adjustments to my current saddle and relieved any discomfort I was having. Hist priority was to make sure I was comfortable on my bike, not to sell me a saddle which I ultimately did not need.So so so many bike stores will try to sell you everything under the sun. These guys are different. They are an honest retailer. David was such a pleasure to speak to.My next bike will be from La Bicicletta. Love this place!

Max was very friendly and patient. Showed me all the good stuff in the store and introduced me to the Assos bibs. Tried them on the very next day and they're a godsend! Will come back again! Loved the espresso!

Just completed a custom build with Henry and Davide…the experience was exceptional, bike fit first before buying is good advice. The staff is friendly and helpful for cyclists of all level’s and price points…my first bike with Henry was a used 2001 Pinarello Prince I was treated with the same level of support on that bike as it did with my new one….I have ridden the Prince 12 years without so much as a flat tire. Thanks Henry.

We had such a wonderful experience here! They have an incredible selection of Rapha gear which is our favorite cycling apparel.The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We genuinely enjoyed hanging out and chatting with them. Chris and Donny were especially helpful and they're not even on the floor most days. They had the Fizik saddle we've been searching for. I love that they had free FRESH espresso for their guests too!Great stock, amazing staff, and a wonderful experience. ❤️

I purchased a DeVinci Gravel bike from this store last summer and have been using their service department since. I usually wait a year before leaving reviews of large purchases.This is the only place in Toronto that knows how to fix bicycles that are even slightly complicated or more advanced. I tried other places that are closer to my house since I don't always have access to the family vehicle to drive here when my bike is broken down, but said places either don't have the tools or the interest in tackling difficult problems.I needed a new freehub body installed on my bike and ordered the part from DeVinci, the manufacturer, but they had sent me the wrong size. Regardless, Leonard was able to make it fit and adjust the derailleur and brakes until it was just perfect. The bike rides like brand new. I'm really grateful. They also charged me a very reasonable price.Also, it might be worthwhile to mention that La Bicicletta does not seem to mark up prices on bicycles. What I saw on the DeVinci website is what I paid for my gravel bike, and they assembled it for free as part of the purchase and threw in some water bottles as a gesture of gratitude for the purchase. They also threw on the upgraded pedals for free.Thank you Leonard for fixing my bicycle and all other staff for always being polite and professional.

Just getting back into cycling and didn’t know where to start so got a Giant gravel then went to MEC and finally to La Bicicletta.So much has changed and I didn’t want to get hosed at a fancy bike shop but man if I had to do it over again I would have started here.Donny is first class and constantly providing constructive feedback about why I feel I need something. There is no pressure and if anything he pushes back which I appreciate as I work with a limited budget. He seems to know what I need and guides to a budget that works with the quality I expect. Donny is my go to guy for advice all things bike.Max thank you for the three rounds of drinks and wonderful stories, the third took the edge off the flat.Donny you are the best for pulling a last minute change on my tire before closing time.First class and you guys have won my loyalty!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Helped size me up for a new bike. They even set it up right away so I wouldnt have to drive back another day. Will definitely visit again!
