I know that everyone is short-staffed everywhere at the moment so I’m trying to be fair in my review but it isn’t an excuse for how unsanitary this restaurant is (Princeton). I stopped in on Sunday around 2 to grab a quick meal and ALL the garbages were overflowing (even the ones behind the service counters, empty bottles of juice, sugar all over the service counter. There were paper receipts all over the floor. I felt bad for the young employees that had a long line up of customers but noticed that instead of trying to clean up in between tasks, they just waited for the burgers from the kitchen to come their way (so I think the problem comes from management). I stopped in again on Monday evening thinking maybe things would be different but the state of the restaurant was just as bad and the bathrooms were absolutely nasty. It doesn’t stop to the interior. The outside dining area was definitely very dirty with accumulated grime from all summer. The tables are soiled with stains and the building isn’t very clean…. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like and hope this establishment gets inspected soon because it is definitely not sanitary and shouldn’t be operating the way it is at the moment.

I ordered a coffee in an Orange juice and I got this this is not cool. Never eating here again they usually have great orange juice Then I witnessed one of the vicked a panhandler that was not even on a and w's property I understand that they have the right to ask anyone to leave us on their property but not When they are not even on N w's property but city propertycity property that is reprehensible

The place wad filthy. Burgers were as one would expect for A&W fast food but I found it expensive for what it was. Okay I can accept the price because everything is getting expensive but what I can't accept it how dirty it was. Started with bathrooms, interior and outside. It was very busy and the only table available was outside. I was not happy to let my granddaughter eat from the table so I used the paper bags as a placemats. Won't be back.

Its Princeton on a Sunday...... Everyone swamps the same place at the same time mysteriously. Staff was doing good, burgers were dried and oldish despite being busy. Sadly I went hungry and did not eat my 2 teen burgers, my kids chicken strips were dried and shrived. Esso across the street has wicked chicken! They let me dispose of my teen burgers there. A&W should not have served old food, however the fries were somewhat fresh but undercooked.

I’m giving this a two, only because the lovely woman working was so nice and running the front end and drive-thru alone. I feel so bad for her. It was Easter Friday 2023 at around 4:30. We waited over half an hour in the drive-thru.Their pop machine was broken, so we got a can of diet and a bottle of regular root beer, that the poor overworked employee had to waste time opening, because it isn’t a twist top. We still paid for large sizes and we’re informed at the window that it was all that was available. (Not her fault, this has happened before and seems to be policy)The fries were okay, a little undercooked. The onion rings looked and tasted like they’d been sitting for a day and rewarmed.The burgers were not great. Dry buns and dry meat with twice as many onions as usual on a teen burger. One piece of bacon instead of the usual two.The woman that was working deserves a raise or a promotion. She handled everything with grace and juggled customers admirably.Strong A&W worker, whoever you are, I appreciate you. I hope they do too.

Love a and w's this one was a huge disappointed, the breakfast was the worst ever, slow service and very rude staff. The men's washroom was out of order too won't be back! My daughter asked for a root beer, they handed her a bottle, not a twist top and did not open it. In Princeton June 22 2023

Food was undercooked. Wait time for 1 fry, 1 sweet potato fry and 2 burgers was 25 minutes. The photos are what the tables looked like when we arrived and when we left. Not one employee was managing the dining area.Also, if I'm paying $5 for sweet potato fries, please don't fill half the container with regular fries. Unless you want to discount it of course.Wouldn't recommend. Go grab a sandwich from the gas station next door

Great drive thru service on May 16th at 6:30pm. That employee should be recognized for their amazing customer service. Probably one of the best encounters I've had at an A&W.
