Great products they carry. All associates were knowledgeable and helpful regarding all the products they carry/sell. You can always ask a sample product to try at home before you make your purchase.Store is always organized and stocked up. I purchased shampoos, conditioners, body wash and bath bombs at Lush and very happy with the quality and ingredients they put on their products.Find your favourite Lush products and you will not be disappointed.

Walking into the store is such a great sensory experience! This store always has what I need in stock, the staff are generous in providing any samples I want to try, and I love their recycling program. Staff members are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to their entire product line, and make informed and personalized recommendations. Alex in particular is incredible- he has consistently been so thorough, attentive, kind, and helpful. He seems to know when to approach you and offer help, and when to leave you be! I don't write a lot of reviews, but the level of customer service Alex provides has compelled me to write this! I was most recently assisted by Kinsey as well, she was super helpful. Truly, all staff members are amazing.... especially Alex!

I walked in after doing some research on the best products for me and was assisted by the amazing Alex. He was great at making suggestions for products I hadn’t considered and really made me feel heard and comfortable. He also helped double check some of the products to make sure they didn’t have anything that would cause an allergic reaction after I mentioned it. I wish I could hire an Alex to help me shop everywhere!

It's always an absolute pleasure coming to Lush! The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming and always has great suggestions. Not to mention their great products. I stocked up on bath bombs before a trip and they were glorious!

Love this store! Smells so good and is very natural. My favourite product is the fun Rainbow or Monster soap. It’s like play dough for the shower or bath. Kids love it too and it smells amazing and can be used as a shampoo too!The Bee body butter is great for the winter dry months. Want something special for a home spa day try the body sea salt scrub! The bubble bars are great for the whole family. I’m hoping to try the shampoo bars next!

Absolutely love LUSH. They go above and beyond for customers, when my Mom was diagnosed with cancer they were so nice and understood what I needed to relax!Here we are now 3 years ahead and she's cancer free, and with my birthday 2 weeks away I need to get my LUSH fix!

They're really appreciating their curbside orders, and they filled this super quick!The mall has a good zoning system to come and grab the items from various retailers. Definitely give them a sale if you can!
