My husband and I purchased a Cedar Creek Cottage 40CDL from Saskatoon Rv Superstore and the buying experience was amazing! We love our Cedar Creek and we are so happy with the quality of the unit. From the finishing to the appliances, everything feels luxury. Crystal the sales woman was helpful and knowledgeable in everything Cedar Creek and made us feel confident that we were getting the best possible quality on the market. Pam in finance was awesome when going through the finance process and helped us through every step. Devin from the shop who did our walk through explained everything in easy-to-understand terms and made us feel confident taking the unit off the lot that we would be able to use the unit correctly and efficiently. We have bought 2 RVs in the last 3 years from Saskatoon Rv, best decision ever….fantastic service! We upgraded last year to a larger unit and love it! As a retired couple we wanted to golf around Saskatchewan and we have visited some beautiful provincial parks it is so nice to come back after a game to our comfy RV.We bought both from Olivia and she was great at determining the best unit for us and went the extra mile to make us happy! All of the staff have been friendly and so helpful with any questions we had, also gave a thorough walk thru and even set us up with place to store our RV in between trips!Thank you Saskatoon RV for making our camping experience even better!

I’ve been debating if I should write a review or not. It blows my mind that they have 4.5 stars. Honestly, the worst service I have ever received anywhere. Olivia (site manager) was incredibly difficult to deal with.Every time the bill was several hundred more than estimated- this is on 3 occasions. When asked why, they “didn’t know.” We had to miss time from work to keep bringing the trailer in for the same problem. They would say it was fixed, we would go camping, and we would have the exact same problem. Olivia, instead of honouring their work and simply fixing the problem, would consider “a discount”.Finally, we spoke with Don. He got the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He gave us a break on the labour charge. This is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Everything prior is pretty hard to forget. Thank you Don for, in the end, making it right. They need a change in management otherwise.

We bought the Cedar Creek 40 CBAR last year. Crystal who sold it to us was great. We are very happy with our trailer for the most part. Our oven doesn’t work properly and is still under warranty but they won’t come and fix it unless we pay someone to come out to our seasonal spot that is 2 hours away at 140.00 an hour so total 4 hours plus how ever long it would take to fix. They did say last year that of it wasn’t an emergency that they do have service people going out to do a a few trailers at a time and we wouldn’t have to pay. But now they are saying that they will only come out if we get the extended warranty. That will cost us an extra 3500.00
