Your Tree Doctor

We have used Your Tree Doctor many times for tree pruning and fertilizing and have been happy with their work. Recently, we had them remove a large tree that was very close to our home, as well as prune other trees on our property. They were knowledgeable, professional, careful, very thorough and they did a great job cleaning up.

Used Tree Doctor services twice now. Once to improve health of the trees and recently to trim and prun huge spruce tree. Both times had great experience and fantastic results. Crew is careful, experienced adn left site clean. Neighbors came to compliment on how tree looked like after pruning. Administrative officer is professional and responsive. Definitely will hire this company again!

We hired Your Tree Doctor to prune our trees and to assess their general health. Staff is very knowledgeable; however, in our case the estimator was not on site when the pruning was completed by other staff. As a result, they ended up providing construction clearance on the wrong tree and missed pruning trees that were included in the estimate. They did come back a second time to complete the work on the trees they missed. I would suggest you be on site when work is being completed to ensure there is no miscommunication.

I would recommend this company to others. I booked their service to remove a 50 foot poplar tree in my backyard.My first contact was with Alex who confirmed a price and removal date. He was extremely confident and pleasant to deal with. They arrived early morning on the scheduled date. The employees were experienced and had the tree cut down and cleanup completed within 2 days, including the stump grinding!I feel it’s important to pass along a recommendation as I was given their contact information from a friend who had previously used their service and was also extremely happy with their work! I might add that I had another company booked beforehand. When they arrived they did not have the gear for tree climbing and not able to give me an immediate rescheduled date.I’m happy to have been passed on to The Tree Doctor. i asked for a quote for pest control on mature trees. The quote was done promptly and was detailed; I knew exactly what was planned. They offered a quote on pruning as well to which I agreed. The work was done within the week. The crew arrived on time and went to work. They were courteous and provided much more detailed work than I have had with previous arborists. I am very pleased with the service. Even my neighbours commented on how quiet and professional the crew was..

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I had a great experience recently with Your Tree Doctor. I have a rental property in Calgary and live in the States. The yard needed a lot of work done and found their pricing reasonable, they came out and did the estimate in a timely way, the work was started and completed when they said it would be and the yard is much improved. Thorough from start to finish. Scheduling over the phone was easy, quick and pleasant. Paid my invoice online...no complaints! Thank you!

We hired Your Tree Doctor to prune and fertilize our trees. We received prompt responses from initial contact, quoting services and finally the service itself. Our pruning crew did an excellent job and ensured our yard was cleaner than when they arrived. The fertilizer treatment followed once the pruning service was completed. Communication with the office manager has been polite and informative. All in all a very positive experience! Thank you.

The customer service of this company is absolute trash. After messing us around for almost a month, we were finally given a date - a week later than originally suggested. Finally after some back and forth got an option for a date that made sense.Responded asking if there was anyway we could be compensated for the garbage customer service we received, was told no.Then after trying to confirm the date, even after poor customer service - the OFFICE MANAGER responded in a very condescending and unprofessional way.

They were very quick to provide us with an assessment of our tree and provided sound advice.
