A company that charged the highest commission fee in GTA but provided extremely LOW service quality!! They locked their clients by a stupid Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA) instead of professional service.YOU DON'T NEED TO SIGN BRA BEFORE YOUR OFFER IS ACCEPTED, But they will never tell you this. Their agent Leni didn't introduce us all forms related to purchase until we need to put in an offer and told us we only have very limited time to sign all the forms. The BRA they provided has half year duration and 1.5 months holdover clause, which means you cannot find any others when you finally discovered the agent can only push you to submit a bully offer without disclosing any potential risks ,so ridiculous!!The Kormendy Trott Team is belong to this company. When we finally had a talk with the team leader Arial, we didn't feel we were treated respectfully, that everything he talked was not to solve the problem for us, but to find excuses for the agent's unprofessional service and let us know there is no way to cancel the stupid BRA which we actually didn't need to sign. If the leader is already in such attitude, how can we still accept to try other agents in his company????? we won't trust every one in this team. And their brokerage manager Amanda basically said they won't cancel the BRA and let us wait till it's expired. WTH??Working with such an inscrutable company is really a NIGHTMARE!!!! Keep away from them unless you want to waste your Money and Time!!!

Ambrose was unprofessional, and condescending on first impression. We run a multi million dollar wrist watch company and within 5 minutes of viewing a potential office space he made a snark remark towards the viability of our products. Not only did we feel rushed and disregarded while he used his phone during our viewing, he did not call us back as planned folllowing the viewing and inquiry of two potential units in Oakville. This is our fourth office and we have not had this experience prior with any other agency or agent. We hope your experience is better than ours.

We met Deborah in the fall 2014 when we were looking for a condominium apartment . She was super knowledgeable and professional and at the same time so friendly and made us feel at ease. She was always honest and shared her opinion with us. Deborah set us up to get daily email update of new MLS listings that match our requirements. She set up all the viewings we were interested in, drove us around to each place, most of the times 4-5 in one day. I would highly recommend Deborah and will definitely work with her again!

I would recommend Deborah to anyone looking to lease or buy. She has an incredible amount of experience, which she passes along to her customers. She was everything we needed during this process; a voice of reason and knowledge and always had a joke (or two) and a kind word to go along with it. She was patient and available. She helped to turn a horrible situation into a positive experience. I can't say enough good things about this agent. We felt like we were being taken care of my friend. She's personable and honest and was exactly who we needed.

It was a pleasure to deal with Deborah. She was extremely professional and did not over promise on any front. Selling one's home can be an emotional experience but Deborah managed to work with us in such a manner as to keep everything in perspective...from extremely valuable information on arriving at an asking price, through input on staging...open house...offer presentation and closing Deborah made the process as smooth as we could have hoped. I would not hesitate in recommending Deborah to anyone looking for a caring professional realtor.

Awful service!! These agents ONLY care about money. I wanted to rent a place and had some personal issues and I asked them that I have forgotten to transfer the utilities and I will do as soon as possible. I transferred the utilities one day after I arrived. I purchased the tenant insurance long before though and had sent them the proof with all the required information. They asked me to send the POLICY of my insurance coverage, when I asked it was not mentioned in our contract why should I provide it, they threatened me to take legal actions if I don’t send immediately. Haven’t seen these liar and disrespectful people so far. Never ever do business with these guys!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly and always went the extra mile. She helped us sell our house within two days of it being on the market. The whole experience was such a breeze. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
