I was a loyal member of the Ajax store until they closed and since then, I’ve been a loyal member of the Pickering store. Staff have always been kind and courteous, until today (March 4, 2023). I spoke with someone named Lauren to book my appointment. She was curt and dismissive on the phone, instead of trying to be helpful (like most staff is) and she kept mixing up the times. For example, she said “i can only work you in if you get here by 3:00”. I pointed out that the current time was “3:08”. It’s an interesting (albeit upsetting) story. Short version is that she didn’t want to even try to make it work for me, even though all tanning beds were empty and even though I wouldn’t make her late. She didn’t want to even try because she was so concerned about herself. On my way out (even though I was leaving on time) she made an offensive comment in front of my daughter. She needs some customer-service training or I will not be returning to Pickering.

Can't believe the kind of customer service they provided to my friend. She went to get her lashes lifted and let me tell you the next day her lashes were still straight! My other friend wore mascara and her lashes were more lifted than hers. We thought it was nice of them to offer to get them redone for free in a couple weeks as lashes cannot be over processed, but I found out today that it would not be honoured. Lashes are a luxury service and what was given was not up to par. I know some lash techs who would even do touch ups for free for their clients! Make sure you are really satisfied with your service before you walk out of their doors, or just go elsewhere who puts your beauty needs first.

Fabutan is by far the best salon I’ve been to. All the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful every time I visit, they answer every question I have. I absolutely love the red light, I feel so refreshed visiting Fabutan and always walk out with a smile. I also love getting my lashes done by all the techs, they’re all so wonderful and give me the best lashes I’ve ever had.

absolutely love them. I have a thing about eyes and they make it so easy to get the tape and gel pads on, and its literally like a mini spa treatment getting my lashes done. 10/10 recommend

I love coming here! Not only are they super safe during these crazy times, the services they offer are exceptional. All of the ladies that work here are always pleasant to talk to and greet you when you enter. I love getting my lashes done here as well, they sure know how to make one feel amazing about themselves.

Classic lash extensions: Friendly staff, terrible results $200 & 2.5 hours later my lashes look bare. She called it “natural” and I call it a ripoff. Please do not waste your time & money here. Go somewhere else. I’m so upset, it takes me a long time to arrange childcare & make money for this lash appt. I told her I want long lashes & I always get 14. After the reveal she smiled and admitted she decided shorter was better 11/12 ~ Why wouldn’t she tell me that in the beginning?? We should’ve talked about it. So sneaky, now I’m out all my money they have it. Please do not trust this Fabutan Pickering. Beware

The day before your birthday u will get an email with a discounted offer. IT MUST BE USED the next day. That is ridiculous The story is that they are hoping you will not use but certainly book soon at full prices

I love going here for my lashes! Jessica and Lisa are amazing stylists. I absolutely love going tanning and doing airbrushes, always makes me feel amazing. Everyone should go here!
