I wanted to express before this my huge satisfaction for the service that I received on my C6 Corvette. On Sep 26/22 whilst at a motel in Port Hope, I had inadvertently locked myself out of the car as I was packing it to leave. I tried the CAA but they were unable to open it. The extra keys were two hours away in my cottage at Lake of Bays. I mused with having the vehicle towed there. It was a Sunday, so I would need to stay over until Monday. I called your dealership to see if you could help me. A wonderful lady was at my doorstep in about 15 minutes with a key that she thought MIGHT work. And it did! I said I would drive over to the dealership to thank the service department manager and return the key once I had everything out of the motel. They were incredible. And they allowed me to keep the key that they had cut for this purpose! If I were living in Port Hope, this is where I would go for service. Thanks very much for this exemplary service. Very unusual these days. Particularly is this the case as you knew I was (A), not a customer and (B) unlikely to be one.Sam Hart

Communication was great throughout the process, making sure I was updated when needed, and prompted when there was anything I needed to do. March 2023Another great purchase from Quantrill Chev in Port Hope. We bought a GMC Canyon last June and just picked up our 2023 Equinox last week. Garth found us just what we were looking for. Even with all the issues surrounding vehicle supply lines, Garth was able to find us the perfect truck. He took the time to explain all the accessory functions and helped us set up the OnStar trial. Was in contact with a saleswoman (Kate) and inquired about a vehicle. Now because I am retired and I wouldn't be able to get financing, I told her that I would be purchasing the vehicle outright. As soon as that was said, she told me the SUV was sold (first lie). When I asked she then told me the manager wasn't interested because it's cash, I'm from out of town. They only want to finance because they can make more money off of you.Great way to obtain a lasting relationship with a new customer. Be aware of this dealership. Nothing but lies and half truths.Nice of the owner' to respond with such detailed information. Don't wanna sell me a car cause they can't make more money of financing. Cause the $172k isn't enough.You guys are a joke and I see the amount of negative reviews

The whole purchase was easy and painless, David my salesman was organized and my truck was ready on time even after I wanted to add an accessory prior to picking it up. Pricing was as advertised and no hidden markups I would highly recommend paying a visit to their lot. They have inventory and I never had to wait for my truck to come in.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Quantrill since I moved to the area. I was very motivated to trade in my great 2021 GMC Canyon because I received an excellent value for it. My 3 purchases were orchestrated by Glen Foster who is always patient with me. Glen was able to find my next vehicle which turned out to be a 2023 Cadillac XT4 Sport. When I went in, I never imagined I would be driving a Crossover but as it turned out, I really like this new Caddy. I guess I am getting older and love the creature comforts which this vehicle abounds in.I find myself returning to Quantrill because I get the best value for my money without sales pressure, great honest service over the years with no hassles and I trust Glen (who puts in huge effort).I have no regrets with my purchase.
