First off, ...if i could give Marcus a 6 star i would. Not only is he Great and knowledgeable where it comes to spa. But he went that extra mile making sure that i can now master my own tub without a doubt. I appreciate all your time and effort making me feel appreciated. I don't normally post reviews, but I think they deserve a recognition. We recently had our second pool installed and once again went with Aquacade as they did a great job the first time. Aquacade, met all of our expectations and we are once again ready to enjoy our summers by the pool. Definetly recomend Aquacade as they stand behind their work.

Dave has been servicing our hot tub and pool for 15 years. He has always gone above and beyond for us when we have needed advice. It was only natural for us to go to Aquacade when the time came to purchase a new hot tub. We were introduced to Marcus who immediately jumped in with making us feel comfortable. His knowledge of chemicals is amazing, and he explained everything fully and to a degree that we would understand. He was even patient with our two young kids who had a multitude of questions of course. He even brought a wrapped up tub inside for us to see, and the whole warehouse team was quick to jump in and get it setup quickly. We had a hiccup with the financing (not Aquacades fault) the day before the tub was scheduled to be delivered and Dave and Craig both helped us to get it straightened out. They both worked after hours from home to ensure it was completed to avoid a delay in our delivery, which we were greatful for and greatly appreciated. We had a very quick delivery and setup was fantastic! We will always value and trust the whole team at Aquacade, thank you for helping us pick out the best products for our family!

Marcus was excellent in assisting with the sale and maintenance requirements of our brand new hot tub. The delivery was very organized and completed in a timely manner. Team of professionals would give them a 6th star if I could.Thanks Aquacade!

Aquacade pools and spas is in Sudbury. They are dedicated to their clients and are very professional and knowledgeable when you call or meet them. They return every call promptly and assure that every client is 100%satistied. They can provide installation, and go over the different types of spas and pools to fit the lifestyle and budget of the client. I have always been very happy with their service and they are the professionals that I trust.

Hydropool best hot-tubs. Dave runs great business customer satisfaction. Marcus knows all the tubs so well helped me find the perfect tub went over maintenance, made it easy to understand and Craig did great job installing bringing the tub in.

I met sales rep Marcus at the Outdoor Show over the weekend. After some casual bantar for a bit, I left the show an extremely happy customer of a new hot tub!!! He answered all of my million and one questions - no matter how silly - helped with the water setup and balancing, ans his install team did a bang-up job taking care of all the install requirements. I've been dealing with Aquacade for years, and totally recommend them and Marcus to anyone in need of hot tub/spa sales and service. Thanks again team!
