Ilana is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough speech pathologist. She is an expert in her field and she has an expansive experience in both hospital and clinic setting. Her bedside manner is perfect and she takes time with her patients to explain everything and put their minds at ease. If you have any voice or swallowing questions and issues she is the expert you need to see.

Ilana was really helpful throughout our speech therapy sessions. She was patient and personable and made the process enjoyable. Very knowledgeable and introduced me to repeatable personalized exercises that I continue to use in my daily life.

My 86 year-old mum was diagnosed with ILS (irritable larynx syndrome). She has such a poor quality of life for so long, The ENT tried a few different therapies, none of which worked. The ENT also recommended speech pathology, so I did some research. It took a while, and a lot of recommendations from other professionals, but I finally found Ilana. Her team was our last hope!Our pathologist is Jeanninne and she is fantastic. So patient, kind, knowledgeable and supportive. The follow up is very thorough. There is lots of material the client receives, and can constantly refer back to. This is very helpful as there is a lot to cover, remember and practice.My mum's issues have improved at least 80% in only 3 sessions. That said, you have to do the work, but the team makes it really easy to do so. For anyone suffering from ILS, I would highly recommend Ilana and her team. Although we didn't work directly with Ilana, she was extremely responsive and helpful, and we are grateful that she gave us Jeanninne!

She was receptive to the discouragements I faced while working on my voice, and always went above and beyond to find a solution that would work with my lifestyle. She is an incredible person and I would return to her immediately if I needed more vocal assistance.

Ilana was my very first speech-language pathologist. She made all of my sessions with her, absolutely relaxing and fun while being professional.I was introduce to Ilana with an unpleasant voice. Fortunately, she came to my rescue. Patiently, Ilana taught me how to care for my voice on a daily basis. Each speech therapy with her, was a great learning experience.I have been enlightened, on how to use the tools she has given me, which protects my throat and preserves my voice.
