Uptown Tails Pet Resort Ltd.

These folks are amazing from first contact through to the service. We were evacuated as part of the 2023 Tantallon Fire and we're staying at an AirBnB in Bedford when I walked by this place (very nice store front!). I contacted them about getting a groom done on my smallest pup as his nails were getting long and didn't know when I'd be able to get him in again. They went above any beyond and not only fit us in that same day with their mobile service, but gifted us the service as well and insisted on it. Nova Scotia strong spirit is alive and well with companies like Uptown Tails Pet Resort around. The young lady's that arrived were kind and absolutely amazing with our pup. Our boy looks great and I'd make these folks my full time groomers if they serviced my area. Thanks again Mackenzie and team for everything. Support companies like this folks. We need more of them.

Oh my goodness, what an incredible experience!I messaged Uptown Tails a while back about their mobile service for my Golden, because she’s a bit anxious in a busy setting. They responded back quickly and informed me that although their mobile grooming service wasn’t taking new clients, they were opening a permanent location soon that would have private grooms.So, we got booked in for one of the private grooms and had it done this morning.MacKenzie was SO sweet, professional and reassuring with me, and told me they would do everything to keep our girl calm and comfortable.When I came to pick my dog up she was so happy and not anxious at all, as she had been at previous groomers.Not to mention, the grooming itself is perfect. They followed my requests exactly for how we preferred her to be groomed, and she looks fabulous!We will absolutely be back, and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a new groomer. :)
