Ha's Dim Sum Noodle House
Small space, lots of flavor! We're visiting from out of town and planned to go to Yangtze for dim sum on a Monday for lunch. It was closed, so ended up at Ha's and could not have been happier. We don't get authentic dim sum often from where we live in Western North Carolina, and we were incredibly pleased. Everything tasted amazing. The shumai were excellent.

I was craving dim sum while I was staying in the area and another dim sum restaurant down the street was too busy so my friend and I decided to stop here.The food was decent and came out quick. Hard to compare the food here when I’m used to dim sum in Toronto and have been raised with Asian food there. I feel like they could always add a few more menu items as some other dim sum staples were missing from the menu (Egg tart, other variations of rice noodle rolls, etc.)Service was okay. Limited interactions and they essentially only came by when grabbing dishes off the table. Took a while for them to come to our table to grab our order even after holding the paper and pencil up and trying to politely alert staff. I used to be a waiter and understand that it’s hard to manage a bunch of tables when it’s busy, but the wait staff was standing in their corner and didn’t acknowledge I was ready to order despite clear signals.To be honest it’s a small restaurant. Interior seems cluttered and isn’t really styled at all so you’re really just coming here for the food. It seems like the layout is just designed to fit as many people as possible without eating beside a stranger.

Had an amazing experience on the first visit!!!Fried Eggplants is a must try!! Some may find it a bit oily but it’s deep fried, so it will be oily; but taste is 5/5. If I visit again and order only one item definitely this will be the one!!Crispy beef with ginger garlic sauce, this was also delicious.Dumpling (dim sum) prawn with coriander was amazing!! Very delicious.Fried rice are generally has a basic taste but here!! I was amazed, it’s very flavourful!Overall it’s a very good and cozy place to have delicious food. Yes I do agree price is on the higher side but once a month for such delicious meals we can visit for sure.

I really love our Sunday Dim Sum tradition and this place was delicious. Family restaurant, not a lot of tables but very quick and delicious food. We will definitely come here again.

Ha's Dim Sum Noodle House
Went there on a Monday for brunch. The place was largely empty. Service was prompt and attentive. We ordered a bunch of dishes to try. The dumplings were delicious. Shrimp as well as shrimp + chives. Sticky rice is one of my favorite dishes but I would remiss if I did not day this one was a miss for me. Not sure if it needed to sit. It was a little more runny than I'm used to. Greens were absolutely delicious as was the tea. The food was very good value wise. I was very surprised when the bill came. For me , things were a little bit overspiced / over sauced and something was lacking for me tastewise with a some of the dishes. I think this is a very authentic Chinese Establishment and my Western pallette may not be fully accustomed to some of the flavours. We really like this place for dim sum. We've been back twice, because the food is excellent, the price is good, and we like the service. The space is quite cramped, but the chairs are comfy enough and the place is clean. We'll be back again and again!

This Dim Sum House is really good. Small compared to others we have been to, but very cozy and gives off a warm feeling from the staff.Sorry, didn’t take pictures of the food when it came out, but am providing some from the food after we ate it.If you are looking for a Dim Sum and other Chinese food, put this on your place to go.

Ha's Dim Sum Noodle House
First time ordering food from here, and we really enjoyed it! Partner and I each got a 1-person combo which we split up and shared. So much food for the price! Quality was really good, we especially loved the chicken balls, egg rolls, and general tao! So filling, have enough for lunch tomorrow. We got takeout, and even after arriving 10-15 after estimated pickup time due to snowy streets, food was nice and hot. Will definitely order again and recommend!

A huge thank you to the staff, particularly the chefs. We will definitely be back. Coriander shrimp dumplings,bean curd with Chinese mushrooms, shrimp and egg sauce fried noodles is to die for! Customer service is warm. Food is flavourful . Ha’s dim sum noodle house is a perfect spot when you have a craving for Chinese-Canadian comfort food. The staff is always trying their best to keep things flowing well. You will enjoy a delicious meal at this place.
