Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had the most positive experience dealing with the staff at this location, 60 Industrial Road. My situation was handled competently and efficiently. Thanks to Josh and staff!

It was honestly a pretty great and outstanding experience using a rental from here, except for one major issue.I was supposed to be picked up from the body shop I was at, which I wasn't. It was storming out, and the body shop had to give me my car back to be able to come to Enterprise to get a rental to follow me back to the body shop. This was all while I was missing work time.Aside from that, the car I received was in excellent condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. The 2021 Spark was a fun little car to drive for a week.Returning the car went flawlessly, and aside from the missed pick up, the customer service was top notch!

I recently rented a car from Enterprise and had a fantastic experience. Store manager Josh and his team were exceptional.Josh's professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out. He provided valuable insights, helping me choose the perfect vehicle. The rental process was smooth, thanks to his attentiveness.The car was in immaculate condition, reflecting Enterprise's high standards.

Insurance reservation. Called Richmond hill location to confirmed pickup date on Monday, but I was told there’s nothing available till Thursday. Since I need a car to release my own vehicle from towing yard, I called the customer service to check availability and I was told that my case was escalated to the regional manager and I will get a call back soon. It never happened.Called the Richmond Hill location again and got an update that there will be SUV available on Tue. So I thought I was settled.I had very good experiences with enterprise previously. Their cars are newer, cleaner and in general better shape than the competitors. However, when I was shown my two options, both of them are smaller than I was expected, base model, everything inside is plastic and heavily used, I was disappointed. I took the eclipse cross since I did not have any other choice.Here’s the funny part. There’s noice from the bottom of the vehicle while driving. Same as the noice you heard driving on the rumble strip, but lower volume. I’m surprised how a rental car, mostly 1-2 years new would have this kind of issue.In general, I’m disappointed with my rental experience at this location, especially I probably need to stick with this funny car for several weeks.UPDATE: went back to the location and requested for another vehicle. And I was told that I will be contacted once there’s one available. I hope it will work out this time.UPDATE2: no call back from the location. Will have to follow up with them again.UPDATE3: Went back to the location the 3rd time. Finally got another vehicle, 4 days after the rental start day. The staff was helpful this time, and even gave me choices of upgrade. It would be great if this could be my experience at the first visit.

The rental car confirmed for me to be picked up , the insurance told me that enterprise will call me in an hour, we’ll that never happened. After called them several times, Josh told me we can not reserve a new car now. I explained that it already being reserved and he said we don’t have car anyway. Go somewhere else like Markham or Scarborough. It was irresponsible to give such an answer when they give away your reserved car to somebody elseUpdates : they called me and give me a pick up truckJosh did a good job accommodating me and promised to give me a SUV as soon as it’s available then switch themStill waiting for a comparable car to my own one

Have been a regular customer and had good experiences so far until this time I booked a full-size sedan, when I went to pick up the car I was only given one option which was a base compact SUV. When booking online the prices are based on the class of the rental, so a full size sedan is more expensive and has much more safety and convenience features, I had no choice but to take it as I had plans and couldn't deviate from it. This car is and absolute base level, and not what I wanted to hit the road with on a long drive. But had no choice, hopefully, it won't cause any problems for us.Not happy at all.

I was very happy with how helpful the staff was and ultimately flexible in making sure I was comfortable. Getting a hold of someone was tough though as they kept telling me to call back and then ultimately weren’t answering their phone. I also never got a confirmation of my returned car, even after I called and was promised that I would get an eMail confirmation.

Josh and the team were super approachable and helpful. Prices are reasonable as Markham is double the price for some reason. Service was great and representatives were honest. Give yourself enough time when you arrive as there is a wait sometimes.

This is one of the best rental locations I have had.Despite the small size and rather dated looking parking lot and building, the staff are very polite and friendly.Highly recommend.
