I had a wonderful experience with Fox and Ginn recently when they picked up, packaged and coordinated the shipping of some items from Maine to Minnesota. In all my communications with them, they were extremely responsive, conscientious, and professional. Items were shipped safely, smoothly and without incident. Their customer service truly stands out in a business environment where this attention and care is harder and harder to find. I will seek them out again if I ever have shipping or logistics needs in this region. Without a doubt, 5 stars!

I recently used Fox & Ginn to deliver and install 7 insulated fire proof files for a customer. The entire process went great from coordinating the project to execution. The moving crew showed up right on time, removed some old files and installed the new ones just as noted on the project plan. Everyone did a great job.

Our personal bank statements, decades old tax stuff, 25 years of sensitive employee documents. These things cannot just go to the dump. Highly recommend Fox & Ginn - easiest and least stressful moving experience I've ever had. We used them for an interstate move; everything was coordinated smoothly from the Bangor office, they were always fast to respond to queries, and the teams on both ends were careful, courteous, and good humored. The Maine delivery took place in a snowstorm - the crew showed up spot on time, they were cheerful and quick, and took care to avoid tracking snow inside. Haven't unpacked the boxes yet but no visible signs of wear and tear or denting. This business will be my first call for our next move.

Edit: With some delay but with a reasonable explanation the company helped us through our issues with the move in a professional manner. Mistakes happen in any business and what differentiates them is how they deal with them. In this case, considering their guiding policy, they have done everything and beyond with many thanks to the primary manager. Thank you.We packed our boxes and had our furniture disassembled and assembled at the destination. During the packing one of the crew worked for almost on hour on our bed before informing me (I happened to be in the house) that they could not disassemble it because the screws were stripped. It took me less then 20 minutes to drive to Home Depot, get a bit to get the stripped screws out and take the bed apart. During the move in the crew noticed much hardware missing from the furniture (one bed and two book cases). They went back and forth for a while before they decided to just get some lumber and cut it to size to replace the missing bed support. By the time we got to unpacking and setting things up we noticed that1. The lumber" they got was not only fit or supportive but simply tossed under the bed frame without actually attaching it.2. The slats on the bed normally run parallel and are screwed in into existing holes - the crew simply made new holes (see image) in the frame not evening bothering to keep the slats straight and missing to attach them in several places.3. Our children's bed was "assembled" ... though I found supportive hardware in my children's closet later.4. The replacement hardware for the bookcases did not fit and was thus useless and we were not able to place the shelves.5. Our TV

Moving is stressful. Fox & Ginn takes the stress out of moving by offering reasonably priced services, communicating effectively, and handling belongings will care. They exemplify professionalism. This is the first time I have used them, and I highly recommend anyone considering a move to book with Fox & Ginn.

We had a wonderful experience working with Fox and Ginn! Our move was a pretty big ask because we moved our entire manufacturing operation to a new facility. This included 20 computerized sewing machines, inventory, and so many other items. Mike was so professional and was always available to answer our questions. He helped us come up with a moving plan, and made several site visits leading up to the move to help make sure that we were ready. His colleague, Frank was even able to develop a moving solution for our 3,000+lb hydraulic press. The movers on the day were friendly, professional, and efficient. I am blanking out on names right now, but I would mention all of them individually if I could remember names because of their high level of professionalism and excellent work ethics. I highly recommend Fox and Ginn for all of your moving needs!

We had an awesome experience with this company. Someone came to the house to evaluate our needs prior to the move, and the day of the move went so smoothly (which NEVER happens!). The packers were professional and FAST. And for the first time in my adult life, nothing broke in our move! They go out of their way to offer great service, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for a move!
