I'm putting 5 stars mainly because of the great customer service I got ! I unfortunately did not ask her name, but although I arrived last minute to pick up a table, she took the time to properly wrap it for me and was super friendly. I got a great price for a table that was worth 4x the price because it was the floor demo. I find everything in the store absolutely gorgeous but I do find it a bit pricey for maybe the quality ? I shall see how the table will do overtime !

We just bought this nice small table, however the staff was ok when we arrived, but the manager (she) in question was VERY disrespectful after we made the purchase. She asked me the customer to go carry this heavy piece by myself upstairs on the 3rd floor back to my car. With no regard to my polite request for help (i.e. I was not a disgruntled customer). Still in shock that this is the service you get in a quality store such as this one.

Love this store, and the quality of the products.The owner/manager is super nice and offer honest advice and a great service.

Very good selection of furniture. I especially loved their lighting fixture collection and their limited edition marble finish tables.

You should shop here if you enjoy feeling like you aren’t valued and enjoy no after sale service. Don’t expect their warranty to cover you, in fact if you try calling the number on their site, no one picks up half the time.They do not offer any store pick up, so you either pay their overpriced shipping ($70) for smaller items or you have to drive to the boondocks to their warehouse to pick up your item yourself.When I did that I arrived on the date I was told it would be ready for pickup and it was not ready. An hour wasted. The salesman lied to my face and said that he meant “it would be ready on that week”, even though he literally wrote the date of the pickup in the receipt, just so he could avoid taking the blame. Refused to offer to ship it when it arrived either, told me he’d be glad to refund me instead.Well that’s why this store gets 1 star: he refunded me with no issues as the item didn’t make it to their warehouse yet. If I had waited one more day, he would have charged me a restocking fee.Go elsewhere, their products are overpriced at most of them are awful looking. They aren’t Canadian made either, they are just a retailer for products made in India or Vietnam or China.

If I could give this place no stars I would. My best friend was scammed out of a piece of furniture. They took her money, she never received the item. And customer service would not assist her in getting her money back after they have confirmed the cancellation of the order after 5 months of not receiving it. 8 months down the road. They still have her money! You have to call your bank in order to get your $$ back!! Don’t buy from here!!! CROOKS.

Wanted to buy a display piece. Guy lies to me about this being 499$ when it is 279$. Then he told me the 279 is a special price which isn't... Crooks. They have nice pieces but beware.
