Only place I take my taxes to. Always have a nice atmosphere and never a super long wait time without an appointment. Ladies are friendly as long as you are respectful, I have never had a problem. Great services everywhere else I have tried to go messes things up and then I end up bringing it here and they always fix them. No matter what the problem was. Five stars.

DO NOT go here to get your taxes done. I paid about 125 to get my taxes done here and a couple months later got a letter saying i owed Canada Revenue $1000! Turns out the associate that did my taxes forgot to include my tuition.. I had even gone in for a readjustment on my file and had to pay an additional $25. She had asked if I'd like to pay an additional $25 on top of the $25 i had already pay'd to get my money faster. What a scam.. All of this could have been avoided if these people knew how to do their jobs.

I have been getting my taxes done with Linda at Liberty Tax for about 10 yrs. 2 or 3 times went elsewhere out of convenience or curiosity- nope! I never get the same quality of service or work. Always welcoming and make extrenuous efforts to do the best by their clients that they can. Loyalty #1.Any reviewers who dont like the smell or the look of the place can sit on their own dirty couches and do their own damn taxes!You are the best ladies! And completely underappreciated for the people and hours you are forced to tolerate!

Lots of negative review about this place but so far since I been coming here since 2011 I never once had any issues with my tax been done here. Sometimes they have a long wait time. 2018 today I am in and only issue I have is heavy smoke smell. Not child friend hard to even breath in here.

I have been here since 2012 and try to keep my staff informed of changes that happen with Canada Revenue, I try to keep them informed of the simple and sometimes not so simple situations that arise (sometimes they don't know the answers but would be expected to find out with a simple phone call to myself or CRA)I treat the business like it is my own though I am just the manager here, and I try to keep an inviting environment.Come by sometime and see for yourself, I will be waiting :)
