I found them on kjiji ad and had them installed a plow on my truck. They did a terrible job and messy wiring on my truck that I financed a few month earlier. I found out that the guy showing me the controller, just misunderstood of what he had read on google !!!When financing the plow through their financial advisor, he told me it is a 24 months installment which turned out to be 60 at the end of the story.The plow was not working well on plowing I ended up in Lou Dennis Equipment to fix it.I rarely put reviews on google but I really needed to put one now so people do not have the similar experience.

A great experience. Nigel was genuinely concerned that we were well informed and happy with our choice. We purchased a Thule roof top cargo box. Too his credit there was no pushy sales. He gave us all the time we needed to come to our decision. The installation was free and the advice priceless.

Got the tow package installed on my Q7. They didn't call to confirm the amount was substantially increased due to adding break controller ( typically any shop would confirm a go ahead). It would have been okay if job was proper. Poor job for the break controller, the Wire is hanging and I lost the trunk door kick sensor. I won't recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.Bonus - they don’t care about the customer. No empathy. No advice. Poor costumer service.

Consumer Beware At All Costs! Read This!The owner and staff are unprofessional and frauds. They have proven themselves to be dishonest crooks and not at all trustworthy. It’s straight-up baffling to see that they are still in Business. All negative reviews are legit and truly do describe the Business and its practices accurately.Here’s what to expect from this run-down establishment…Expect to have your vehicle scratched up then have them deny any wrongdoing.Expect to be charged any under warranty adjustments.Expect them to quote you an initial price before they begin then a final price when you are ready to pay. (Asked them why it jumped from $25 to $90 Answer was because $25 doesn’t buy much anymore… when I disputed the $90 magically dropped to $40 which led to them getting paid what they initially quoted)Expect to wait extra long for your parts to arrive simply because of their forgetfulness. (Read other reviews)Expect poor customer service skills (swearing at customers or speaking negatively about them is considered the norm here I guess because everyone from the owner to the employees does it).Expect for the employees to swear at you while pulling away because he’s too much of a little girl to say it to to your face.

Very poor customer service. Called to inquire about side steps for my wrangler. Spoke to David, told him over the phone that I will come by in the next hour to see what you have. When I got there, David is no where to be found, this other dude had no clue of what the side steps they have. He was supposed to call me back with a price of the steps, never received any call.You really should not be in business if you got no time to call back your customers.

We have a 2008 grand caravan that we needed a hitch for. After calling Truck Accessories and learning that our bolts would need to be super heated so they don't break from rust we decided to go with them to have our hitch installed. No other company had as much knowledge as they have and freely gave out. Sure enough they were able to perfectly install our hitch without any problems and no broken bolts. We found out that the owner has 30 years experience in several fields regarding vehicle repairs etc. They are now at the top of our list to call in the future.P.S. we were actually charged less than our quote which is very unheard of in their type of business. I cannot thank them enough for the incredible service they provided for us.

Customer service at its finest! Not only was I offered promotional pricing on the last Motion XT XL cargo box in stock, they even held it for me without asking for a deposit and installed it free of charge upon arrival. These guys are good, highly recommend!!

Dave and the crew at TA Plus once again did an excellent job tinting my truck. Unfortunately I see his page continues to get filled with dishonest reviews from people who are just looking for deals. Call them, treat them politely, and you'll be taken care of! Will return again and again!

Incredible experience from first contact to payment! Very professional, asked my preference for how I wanted the Thule box installed, and had me on my way very quickly! Worth the drive to Brampton!
