Spend 26 dollars for getting nails removed and took about 45 minutes because they had customers doing pedicures. I had two staff going just a nail removal as no one as available. And I came before most of the customers they were attending to. Very rude and very unprofessional work. Would never recommend.

Argued with me when I tried to tell her the color she picked wasn't the color I asked for, left my daughter sitting there forever to go do another customer didn't even tell her she's only 6. For 90$ I am very unimpressed and will not be going back.

Before covid this was an OK place to get nails done. Now it is new ownership and they don't care about clients. I lost a chunk out of my foot that took weeks to heal. Cuticles cut up. Its like the people working there have no training or experience. I complained, no one cared.

I use to absolutely love Pure Nails but can’t say I’ll be putting my money there again. The new employees put zero effort into your nails and get you in and out In 30 minutes. The disrespect I encountered while being there blew my mind. I was not satisfied with my nails at all and asked if the man could fix my crooked nails and he told me he didn’t have time and to take my business else where. I will never go back to this salon. Absolutely disgusting how I was treated from the lack of respect these employees have. I asked to talk to the owner and was told nobody knew his number or anything about him.

Have now booked an appointment twice for 5 pedicures days in advance. When we get here we do not have them done at the same time and have to wait after our appointment time to get in. Both times we have had this issue. Will not try here again.
