Very helpful staff, prompt service, relaxing shopping.....

Charm Diamond Centre follows all Covid19 health and safety regulations and recommendations very well. The entrance and exit is blocked off and you must wait for a staff member to let you in and out, as only a couple people are permitted in the store at any time. They provide hand sanitizer as soon as you enter the store. The staff are knowledgeable, and happy to answer all questions you have. I visited the store recently only knowing that I wanted a pair of sleepers or hoop earrings, and approximately how much I wanted to spend. The staff member took the time to show me different styles, types of gold and sizes that were within my budget. I found beautiful earrings that were exactly what I wanted, and scored a surprise bonus of No Tax Sale. Thumbs up Charm.

Shopping with my fiancee for wedding bands and this was our last stop. I love to shop local but weddings are expensive enough as is and my partners band was 300 less at Charm as opposed to a local jewelry company. And always the layaway plan was extremely reasonable!!

Poor customer service. Criticism over my choice of diamond. Not helpful at all ignored me while I looked at rings. This is the Truro mall. Never congratulations over my wedding. The manager is very rude & unhelpful . Went in to buy a set of earrings. She told me my price was to “cheap” and they didn’t have any. They had lots on display at that price range. Thought I’d save a trip to Inglis Jewellers. Big mistake. Anyone that needs jewelry in Truro, head over to a much more customer friendly store such as Inglis Jewellers .

I Went in to charm just take a look around at the jewelry to see if there was anything that caught my eye. The lady working made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to leave. She asked me twice in a row what I was looking for and after I proceeded to tell her I was just looking around she stared directly at me the whole time.Definitely will not be returning again or buying anything else from there as I have been a past customer.
