I brought in my phone for a screen replacement and the guy did an excellent job on it. It only took him 30 minutes to repair, where with other places I had to wait overnight. He also applied a free screen protector to my phone, and offered a 1 month warranty. He was very kind and made sure my phone was in perfect condition before he returned it to me. I’m so happy with the result.

Got an unlocked Samsung brand new phone.Thanks Vishal for helping me to setup my phone and transferring data from my old phone.surely will see you for my next upgrade:)

Shout out to Vishal for his quick, and super affordable service! He replaced my phone screen, provide a new case AND two screen protector for 145 dollars!I can't thank this man enough, and to top it off, it was all finished within 30 minutes.Mind you, screen replacement varys by phone- but still much more affordable and effective than competitors within the community!I strongly recommend going ans checking him out

When ever we need a screen protector, used cell phone or case we always find a good quality deal. they also fix cells well and fast. Mohi is provides excellent service.

I just had my phone screen replaced in the Guelph stone road mall location. I have a IPhone 13 and I was told the screen I was getting would be the same in quality and performance. After getting my phone fixed I can visibly see the quality is much worse and everything is over saturated. I also have to set my brightness to the max setting just to get a somewhat clear picture. I went back to the store to ask why the screen was so poor and I didn’t really get a solid answer. The person who repaired it told me it was the same performance as an iPhone 13 screen and it should be the same quality. I’m very upset about this I feel like I have been totally lied to about what I was purchasing. I’d prefer my broken screen at this point.I would not recommend this store to anyone. Biggest waste of money.EDIT: I just returned with the receipt and tried to get a refund. Made no progress what so ever. In order to get my refund they tried to talk me into reinstalling my old phone screen back which had been further damaged in the process of taking it off. I was told they could get me an authentic iPhone 13 screen but they quoted me considerably more than Apple did. I was also asked to remove my Google review constantly through out our discussion even though they didn’t help me at all.What kind of customer service is that.I hope my review will help whoever may be considering this place to get anything fixed.What a terrible experience.

I want to write a review today I purchased a phone from Vishal on March 15 I was very hesitant to purchase the phone as I wasn't from the area. On March 15 2023 I purchased the phone a S20 from March 15 to April 20 2023 the phone was working great on April 20 my phone abruptly stop working the phone wouldn't make calls or send text or use data I reached out to Future tech (VISHAL) and I sent emails for week Huge thanks to VISHAL and his team I shipped my phone back thru xpreess post and Vishal shipped a phone back to me 700km from Guelph future tech has shown me they are very trust worthy I called every day to get update and Vishal was available every time, thanks VISHAL I WILL and see how phone works for the next 45 days but I just want to say Thanks for The replacement phoneTrust is number 1 in my booksJason Richa

I was here for the repair of my Samsung s9+ I found it very hard to get the reliable and cheaper one…after exploring so many shops I entered this FUTURE TECH mobile shop… I met Vishal here, who was very co-operative and he got my mobile repair in 25 minutes and the price was almost half of the market… I do recommend this shop…

Vishal at Future Tech Stone Road Mall was incredible. My Microsoft Surface battery was expanding and warping the screen. I initially reached out to Microsoft and approached Best Buy for help. Neither company would do anything to repair it. I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer. Then I took it to Vishal. He took a look at it, gave me a best case (new battery)/worst case (new battery + new screen) quote. He was transparent about the challenges and ended up changing my battery without damaging my original screen. The entire repair only cost me $169! It was a fantastic experience, I would highly recommend.
