Not worth the money ; food is whatever. I'm surprised they even have 4 star rating. I was going to eat in the car and changed my mind and wanted to eat quickly in the restaurant and go. The cashier saw me sitting down and said make it quick. I have never received this level of disrespectful response from restaurant lol.

Food is good but they are very rude. I've never had a decent experience from pick up. Owner I think? is very short tempered and rude. Customer service is key. Treat people well and your reviews will follow!

The Best! I am always excited when we are schedule to order at Mr Moons. Their food is simple, serving is generous, perfect for a take out dinner for our weekend family night. We also had regular dine in before never had a problem.

June 2023 update: After COVID, food quality seems to be much more variable. Some meals have been excellent; others, not so much. I'm sure staffing shortages are very challenging in this new world, but I have to revise the previous five stars downwards. Hopefully the old high quality offering will return and I can improve the rating.The delivery was very fast, and the food was delicious! The mushroom fried rice was fresh and flavourful, and the chicken vegetable and almonds obviously used only the freshest vegetables; crunchy, and each vegetable with a distinct flavour. The chicken wings (which are hard to ruin I guess), held up their end, and along with some fresh egg rolls completed a wonderful meal. Amazingly good food!Even placing the order was quick and efficient.Sorry I can't give more than five stars!

Let me begin by saying the food is actually very good. However, the service (outside of one super great young man) on new year's eve was horrible.I understand that they were probably swamped with orders that night but telling us our order was going to take 45 minutes when we actually didn't receive it for 2 hours was ridiculous. We put in our order, came back in the prescribed 45 minutes and apparently they hadn't even started it yet.They looked a bit overwhelmed and no one behind the counter would make eye contact. Several other disgruntled customers also left due to wait time and they were quite vocal about it.I wish they had just set expectations to say they were unusually busy and that wait times were at least 1.5 hours - in that case, I would have been a lot less agitated.Only the young man offered apologies and glasses of water for our children who had to wait with us in the restaurant. I understand we could have just canceled our order like some of the other people who got tired of waiting, but we had already waited for over an hour and our kids wanted the food. To go somewhere else and reorder and wait the same amount of time that our order was supposed to be done here seemed a waste of time.My recommendation? Call ahead and ask if they are busy. Good food but not worth the hassle and wait time and level of customer service.

We love eating at new places, and eat all kinds of food, so we seen the good and the bad... so when we find something that we like, we like to share it! We've tried all the Chinese Food locations probably within a 10km radius and Mister Moon's is hands down the best! The last two times we ordered delivery, we were told the standard 45 min delivery time, and within 20 minutes the food was at our front door - we couldn't believe it! Great value, and they always throw in extra items once your order has hit a certain amount. Highly recommend giving them a try!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! AMAZING place, AMAZING service, AMAZING food every time! This is my go-to place for YEARS! Do not hesitate to eat here. They are very clean and everything is done well. The homemade spring rolls are AMAZING like everything there!!

This is the worst Chinese restaurant I been to in my life everything is trash and the sweat and sour sauce is disgusting and it’s yellow and they put it all over your food… I couldn’t even eat the breaded shrimp threw it away, this bad because this my first time ever writing a review for a restaurant. This place needa close down ASAP

The dining hall is very large and very clean. We ordered 3 dinners for one and it took about 10 minutes for everything to be ready. When we got home everything tasted amazing!

I ordered my usual food on Sunday feb 13th. What happened with my best chinese food place? All arrived with all food cooked long time ago (not the fresh at all), overcooked and just super oily. I ordered 5 times before and all was good. Now you ruined my dinner and all went to garbage/ I lost 65 dollars and i lost you. sorry I must go to another place. Btw I tried a few pieces and ended up with pain in my stomach and not feeling well
