Unfortunately, I do not have anything good to say about this builder. He is definitely not the man I thought he was and I truly thought I could trust him. I was so wrong.We were 150,000 over budget and I was left with a half finished house. He jerked me around for 2 years promising to make it right and then ghosted me.We did a cost plus contract which was a very bad way to go. Be very careful is all I can say. He claims to be transparent but he is not. His trades are gauging so make sure you get other quotes. Keep track of trade hours and verify that he is not charging you double for labour. What he actually pays his trades is less than what he is charging you. Understand your cost plus contract and keep track of everything.Hope that helps.
