Went there last week during the Sephora sale to buy a specific apple juice peel pregnancy mask but instead was given the one the wrong one that contains Retinol in it! Only realiser when went home but it was too late to return it as it was the last day for the sale! I would have saved $12 in it and now bc the sale is over I am not going to get the pregnancy peel mask but such a good deal!Sephora Moncton please train your staff properly! Thank goodness I didn’t use the Retinol!

Went in to get help with a problem, I had Louisa help me. She was AMAZING! Knew what she was talking about, helped me get everything I needed(and more). When I said I’m not that good with make up her immediate response was “you’re great at it, there are no rules in make up”. Made us feel welcomed. Truly a great experience! She 10/10 deserves a raise!

Sephora just hits you in the face when you're like 50 feet away from the store entrance. I don't mind the scents though and a lot of the stuff smells really good. My daughter buys 3 things and it's like an easy 100 bucks. I dislike the store because it cost too much really but that's it.

I came in to Sephora last week for the first time, I was looking for brand, specifics, and the lady - (I wish I remembered her name) was so incredibly helpful and honest about my own skin! I left feeling pretty and I've been using the products every day since with a breeze. Thank you Sephora!
