I love shopping here and the staff is always so helpful, especially Hannah. She knows her products and always gives some helpful tips for each one. Love the foot peels and although I've bought many masks, I have yet to try one but the people I have given them too absolutely love them!

I love the belif products but I hate shopping at the Square One location. The first time I bought products (over $150) for a Black Friday promotion in 2016, I was told the points were added. I was under the impression that in following visits, since they asked for my email when I purchased products that the points were adding to my account--I found out much later they weren't. I bought hundreds of dollars of Belif products and other products with no points until one day I asked the cashier about my points and she claimed I had no points. She made no attempt to explain or look into the situation. She was not interested in responding to my questions.I contacted the district leader, Jennifer Park, who I had many back and forth messages with, before finally giving me a $15 gift certificate--at my request for the trouble. There were also other issues, such as the cashier not putting in the correct discount on my last purchase. I only discovered that mistake after Jennifer was asking me for proof of my bills for the points. I had to make another trip to the store to get that fixed. Jennifer also asked me for bills from a year ago, which obviously I didn't have. Her request was unreasonable and I told her so. I added that in general the sales associates I've encountered lack customer service skills. It is clear they only come to you after they see you are going to buy something and they want to take credit for the sale.There have been occasions where Yorkdale would give you stamps for discounted belif products (on their loyalty card to receive free products) while Square One refused to. I contacted Jennifer the first week of January 2019 to correct this discrepancy and she ignored my two messages. I guess she believes its fair for customers in Mississauga to not have the same benefits as customers in Toronto or for them to have to travel to Toronto to get the stamps.For a high end beauty store, I think this behaviour is atrocious. I hope they treat their customers with more respect and consideration in the future.

Good selection of nature's products

They sent out a email about an offer I drove 45min in rush hour traffic to purchase items and was told that the offer was for online only however no where in the email did It state that. I showed it to the sales associates as well and they confirmed that as well but still would not offer me the deal. I reached out the the head office as well and they never returned my emails. The associates contacted head office and they still would not honour the offer the had offered. Very disappointed as I use to like this store but now I will be looking for other alternatives I have recommended this store to friends but will no longer be doing so .

I went in today, July 25th 2020 to purchase my fruits and passion cucina refill. Hannah was the associate helping with my needs, she was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about products, and super friendly. I left with some sheet masks to try and several samples, also suggested keeping masks in refrigerator before use, great idea in this heat. Thanks Hannah, you were fantastic.Patty Talana

Passed by yesterday grab the Jeju Face wash I always get and got a few new things as well. The workers were extremely helpful and very attentive. My gf and I ran home to try all the new products we bought haha. One of the best nose pore peel things I’ve ever tried. So many blackheads extracted. Also got so many free face sheets and samples!

Visited the store and they had poor customer service. Would not visit again.

My wife like their products. I found people working here to be thoroughly professional and helpful.
