Was at the front of the line. Completely ignored by a young employee. He didn’t acknowledge me at all (stared everywhere but at me). Not even so much as a hello. I stood there for at least 5 minutes thinking he was a trainee waiting for direction before his coworker asked him if I was ready to order. He only then informed me he could take my order (didn’t need direction from other workers at all). Food was still good but this specific employee needs to learn to acknowledge customers properly so the line doesn’t get held up.

I have to say the service I receive from This restaurant is always pleasant. Gor once u feel as if ur wanting to be served walking into a fast food location, you know where customer service is always the #1 most important duty when deciding to work at a place like this...

We stopped by for lunch and the lady working the register seemed unpleasant. The food was ok and we told the woman to add a drink for an extra $2 to the poutine like the sign says- she ended up charging us $2.99 thinking she was slick. Be careful and watch your receipts carefully with these cons.

Food was Great the Staff was super helpful. They told me about all the other Restaurants owned by the same company. I will have to try before I leave Canada.

The only downside was the burger. The meat was gray, with an odd texture, and reminded me of school cafeteria burgers. The first bite was a blend of good flavor but spongy consistency. The standout feature was the french fries. While the burger was lacking, I would put the fries up against any similar restaurants. The staff was polite and efficient. If the burger was cooked to order and felt more like a proper burger, this would be a 5 star review. A return trip is warranted in order to try the chicken sandwich.

Ordered online. It took almost 20 min to take the order. The original burger and Angus burger literally came with no veggie,cheese or sauce, just buns and patties. The big Harv came with just bun, patties and cheese. Burger with no tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, onions, pickles, cheese and even ketchup or mayo… that shocked me. Also no ketchup for fries. It’s hard to say if the person made me burgers did it on purpose. Very disappointed.

Everyone here is so friendly, helpful, and positive. I enjoyed dining in. The food was fresh and delicious. The milkshakes are so tasty!!!! The place was super clean!!! I will definitely come back again. I recommend this place. I love Harvey’s!!!!

Very disappointed with this single veggie burger just delivered for which cost over $20..the bacon I paid 1.50 extra for isn't eve 1 slice.It was stone cold so were the fries and milk shake was melted . .If I could I would have returned this to this store for refund ...so mad as I'm immobile just out of hospital !
