This is our first time ordering here, and we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. They mixed up our drink with someone else's. Not only that, they gave us straws that are too thin to drink boba with. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Group ordered via uber eats. Ordered the mango tea colada with qq. Drink was missing the coconut milk and only tasted of green tea and mango. Quite disappointed. Did not look like the pictures at all. Also very sweet considering minimum sugar option.

Great place for local hangout with a bubble tea. The look of the place is bright and appealing with a large number of options for bubble tea. The price range is on the higher side given the standard size of their drinks. They also offer some cakes and cookies but those are okay-ish at best.

Very friendly and fast service! Clean and very organized. They give a great amount of toppings, not like other bubble tea places where the boba (pearls) are finished well before the drink is! Always had a positive experience with this location! The Staff are very professional! Would recommend to friends, family and strangers!

Most of the time our drink taste good. We are loyal with Earl Grey Milktea and Green Tea with Passion Fruit Jelly. Just wondering, why two same drink, bought at the same time under same order have different colours?

The location gets 5 stars for atmosphere as it's well laid out, brightly painted and stylish. Their point of sale screens are on the larger side and easy to navigate but unfortunately the system never asked for my chatime rewards card. Also more complex drink changes don't do too well on the POS (self checkout screens).Service was decent but newer staff struggle sometimes with order modifications. Overall all staff were helpful and customer service focused. The location is on the newer side but getting busier as more people find out about Chatime.Bubble tea is what we go to Chatime for and their new drink flavours and various drink choices never fail to impress - they have a variety of toppings and flavours to please your drink tastebuds. Our go to' are Taro milk tea, Brown sugar oat milk with grass jelly and Brown sugar oat milk with pearls. The QQ drinks are very refreshing and a good alternative to the milk teas.If you haven't had bubble tea before go check out this location and try something new you may just become a fan!
