The UPS Store

Terrible service today December 21 2021, not following public health measures. One of the workers had her mask under her nose the whole time (girl with long brown hair) and manager was rude and brought another customer over to the desk RIGHT beside me to use the debt terminal. I said what about social distancing" the manager (tall blonde guy in his twenties) just stares at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. Just because they hate their jobs doesn't mean they have to be so rude to customers and essentially try to shoo usout of the store BC we didn't have anything to buy so they wouldn't be making money."

this place is absolutely horrible staffs are extremely rude they always charge different price same thing I get done every time and they argue with the customer

I got very bad experience there. I just wanted a high quality photo for immigration purpose. But got disappointment by their service.

Be careful when you put your package into their hands! I droppped off two high value packages ( over 10000 dlollars in total) into DHL @ this store about 2 years ago but my customer told me they did not receive the pacakges yet several weeks later. There was no tracking information from DHL website and i was pushed around between UPS store and DHL. The strore manager insisted they gave the packages to DHL pick up driver but DHL said they never received the packages. The store manager was rude as if i was looking for troulble.Thanks to the help of a lawyer from SVlaw in Guelph, I got the packages back finally . The lawyer wrote a threatening letter to DHL and the UPS store, which need them to pay me the value of the packages or get the pakcages back before a date. Miraclously my lawyer told me the packages were located just right before the deadline. Accoriding to the lawyer, the packages were mistakenly given to UPS or Loomis by the store. There was no expanation from UPS store to me though.

The staff was quick and helpful by providing an effortless experience for all my business needs.Keep up the good work.

The UPS store has been providing me with mailbox services for 5 years now. They have gone over and above in providing a secure mail and parcel retrieval service. On time parcel notification via email is great and with my prevalence towards online shopping it makes it easy to coordinate pick-ups. Cheerful staff and great management has kept me as a client. Don't forget they're experts at shipping and also provide other small business services as copying, business cards, etc.

The staff at this location were so helpful during my recent trip in. In addition to being very welcoming, I was met with honesty about delivery timelines and expectations given its the holiday shipping season. As my package was going to a remote town I was cautioned on hope about delivery before Christmas - but to my surprise the package was processed with email confirmation within an hour of dropping it off and it made the 6.5 trip in just 3 days arriving well before the Christmas holiday. I appreciated the caution on timeline, as it made the fast delivery a very pleasant surprise.

Wonderful service. The staff is super friendly and was able to help me with designing and printing all my business cards. Great quality printing.

I walked in to this location on a Friday evening and there was a girl working there who didn't even look back to see that their were people there. She didn't even say hello and so I had to ask her for what I needed. She was too busy doing something but she should have stopped doing that when she knew people came in and were waiting to be helped. I found this lady very rude and it seemed like she didn't want to be there or engage with customers.
