7 emails later, and a face-to-face conversation with a sales rep, and Bentley still refuses to offer even a voucher to replace item. That's max 4 weeks after use and it fell apart. I was nothing but polite in email, never even asked for a cash refund, stated I was a customer of over 20 years and just want to replace item...but Bentley's has concluded they'd rather keep my money than receive another 20 years of business from me. Beware...they DO NOT stand behind their product and have 0 respect for their loyal customers.
