I lost my glasses at Melbourne Airport at the beginning of a 3-week trip to Montreal. The team at Harry Toulch fixed me up with an excellent new pair of Moscot frames and built my lenses in 20 minutes. Excellent service, highly recommend.

I was on vacation in Montréal from the US and a screw on my prescription sunglasses fell out! I rely on them to help with headaches and didn’t want to be without them even for a few days, so we walked in and asked if they might have a screw to help me for a few days. They immediately took my glasses and fixed them, for free!! They were so kind in there, plus we tried on some glasses while we waited that were also gorgeous.

I was in pain from a particle in my eye, and desperately looking for an optician on a holiday where most places are closed, Michael was willing to see me within the hour and removed the particle with instant relief. I’d definitely recommend this place, thank you Michael!!!

My partner went for an eye exam. The doctor was super, hence the 3 stars. But this place will loose customers because of DREADFUL assistance. Absolute 0 stars for customer service at the front desk. Please replace them. Not friendly, not helpful, not even a greeting. Just lousy feeling to be a customer at this place.

Overall, this is great place for eye testing, and they have great frames. The optometrists are all EXCELLENT, with perfect “bedside manner”, and total professionalism and warmth.One star lost -and it’s really only a half-star-because one of the technicians didn’t warn me she was about to blast air into my eyeballs. She had an almost comically “Old World” manner, like a quirky TV character. I found her funny -and totally competent-but she really needs to slow down and communicate a little more, for us idiots who don’t know what’s happening.Great place in general, and I felt my business was very appreciated, even though I’m not a big spender. Seriously recommend this place for lower income people: they will treat you with the same respect and dignity as if you were buying $500 frames.

This is one of my favourite optometrists. The service is great and they care about their customers. I work in television, and have particular requirements for my contact lenses while filming in the field- I need to see far but also be able to read- and they listened to my needs and helped me achieve that.

I had an emergency - my usual opto offices were closed - I sent a notification through their website before they opened. They called me saying that they were fully booked for today but would try to squeeze me in to help. I went in and they were able to accommodate, very good experience. I have a follow-up appointment and I feel reassured. Thanks!

Probably my first review ever... These guys are amazing. Called up about 60 places, no one even tried to take me in for an urgent care, but they did. I tore a contact lens while on vacation and they were instantly responsive by email, even though it was outside business hours, assuring me they could get me a sample pair for free in a lens very close to my prescription. The store was busy, but they assisted me right away, were helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!
